I am an extremely happy customer! Chiare, Neil, Jon & Luke all did their parts so very well. The Installation process went so smoothly. The techs cleaned up after themselves and communication throughout was excellent.

This company was incredible! Very friendly, extremely professional at the work, very kind, clean and tidy, on time EVERY TIME, and very clear in all their communication. And very respectful of all Covid restrictions. What we thought was going to be an easy repair... ended up being a VERY challenging mess and Luke and Isaiah handled every step of it with the greatest patience and care. They made us feel like they were taking care of their own family. I couldn’t be more grateful that they were the ones who walked into our home!

Luke and his staff are quick and efficient workers. They came in, fixed the leak in our furnace and were super kind. They were very professional and left our house even better than they found it. We will definitely use the Maintenance Department again.

Luke and his crew have been awesome to work with. They are dependable and always have a quick resolution to our needs. Having well maintained refrigeration is a necessity in the bar/restaurant business and The Maintenance Department has kept us going strong for years.

My heat went out in the night during the winter and I woke up to 47 degrees inside. I called Luke in the morning. He was there in a couple of hours and had it fixed quickly. He has also been great about dealing with my very unhelpful home warranty company (don't buy one, people). He has been pleasant and professional throughout the process. Thank you!

The Maintenance Department is AMAZING! They've now done two jobs for me and I couldn't recommend them enough. Both times Isaiah and Luke went above and beyond the job at hand. All of that and a very reasonable price - I'm so glad I found them!

We’ve since used them again for another issue and they were great! Isaiah and Luke didn’t stop until they figured out the issue and followed up several times to make sure their fix continued to work. They’ve had to deal with an improperly installed system from another company, but they have gone out of their way to fix our issue and work with us. Truly can’t say enough good things about Luke and his company!

Luke was a great help to us installing our hvac system! It made our historical home feel like a modern day paradise. We were warm in the winter and cool in the summer and comforted by the knowledge of his excellence and high standards or workmanship. I highly recommend him.
