Guys there are very helpful. Helped me save hundreds of dollars by checking a capacitor (which was dead). I could have spent alot of money on a furnace fan motor that I didn't need. Thanks for being honest, friendly, and outstanding. I will definitely visit again when needed and send future DIYs your way.

First and last time I shop here. This is an example why we move away from local shops and buy with large online retailers. I bought a draft inducer blower motor at 9 AM realized that it wasn't the part causing the problem. I went back to the store at 10 AM to return it and they did not accept it because it had some dust because I attempted to install it. The motor is $125 at Amazon, I paid $215. I could easily have bought it on Amazon and save $90 and return it no questions asked. I will file a complain with the BBB.

Great service on the phone & in person. Had what I needed, answered my questions in & out quick. Street metered parking available on one-way busy street.

Bought an HVAC item that my installer couldn't use. Brought it back the next day and they would not honor their return policy. I would not recommend patronizing this business. I left feeling violated and $169 poorer. I wish I had a choice of no stars!

Been here twice. They were busy both times. The guys there were very helpful and knowledgeable when they got to me. They had a great selection of about anything you could want. Odds are you won't have to get anything ordered they will have it in stock.

Super customer service and a great variety of parts. Unfortunately they did not carry the brand specific part I needed but were helpful in helping me locate one.

I have been dealing with SWH for over 40 years. They always seem to be able to fill your need in our industry or have something that will work in place. Old / New they have just about everything for the HVAC tech.

Good place to buy HVAC supplies. They have everything you need. All the employees are helpfull and friendly!!!
