Metro 1 Heating & Cooling

I had my A/C go out right before derby and they had me up and going the next day. They left the area cleaner than they found it and haven't had any issues since. The owner was even kind enough to roll my trash cans up the driveway for me. I would recommend them for any HVAC needs!

We wanted to add air conditioning to an expansion and went with the unit they recommended. It has not yet been a year, and we have spent more time with the unit broken than working.

They take months between repairs, refuse to do a full unit replacement while it is under warranty, and have said that they are done doing any more repairs even though they acknowledge the unit isn’t working.

Couldn’t be worse than this. We spent thousands of dollars for a broken metal box hanging on the wall.

Used Metro 1 many times and will remain a customer. Always on time, the service is excellent, the price is right, they clean up after the work is done and has helped me in short notice. Customer for life.

The owner is so rude. I’d rather do without. Ew, yuck

I WILL RAVE FOREVER ABOUT HOW WONDERFUL OUR EXPERIENCE WITH METRO WAS!! Our AC went out so our landlord hired Metro to replace our unit. Not only were the two fellas who did the job really courteous, but they swept the house when they were done to get rid of their shoe dust, they asked to use our facilities (silly to remark upon but just very thoughtful), and they even informed us that we had a gas leak, which we were unaware of, and turns out we DID have a gas leak. AND now our AC works. Very grateful for such a kind, respectful set of fellas and an upstanding company to do business with.

I couldn't have gotten any better service and prompt response. From the dispatcher to the service technician, they were professional, knowledgable, and understood my needs. Also, a fair price. I highly recommend Metro1 for HVAC needs.

Has to do with owner. Can't get the filter out without it snagging. Service technician solves problem by getting filters and putting tape around them. My wife calls owner, Steve, says problem is not fixed adds other concerns and the owner of Metro One tells my wife not to call them anymore! Horrible.

Extremely satisfied with Metro 1's work and customer service. Mr. Redmon's work was extremely fast and professional from start to finish. Will have my business from now on and will be recommending to anyone who is looking for a HVAC referral!

I was very impressed with the service! Not only were the prices great but the employees were helpful and had good attiudes and didn't leave a big mess like other companies ive used in the past..i haven't had any problems with it since and I would recommend Metro 1 to anyone needing their heating or cooling serviced!
