I had my heat go out at the worst time ever but I had a great company come to my rescue and do a speedy change out and upgraded my whole system with a variable speed 2-stage furnace and high efficency heat pump. Much to my delight it also qualities for a tax rebate. I can now relax and enjoy a very comfy cozy home thanks to Quality Heating and Air. It was also a very comforting feeling when the guy that was sent out also wore a picutre ID around his neck so I could quickly identify that he really worked for the company. Here's hats off to Quality for a job well done!

I really can't say enough about how awesome Quality Heating and Air is. This is the third time they have been out to help me (for 3 unrelated issues) and each time I'm blown away with their customer service.

I tried to call them at 10pm last night when out AC had been out for a while and try hosue was heating up. I got a call back at 8am this morning where they firstly appologized for being busy overnight and said they would send someone right out.

Todd called when he was 30 minutes out and showed up and got right to work. Checked my thermostat, then the HVAC then the outside fan. The issue was a tricky one and Todd made sure to check all possible issues. Even better he was explaining everything along the way so I knew exactly what was going on. He finally found the issue and was able to quickly fox it and joy on joys it was under warranty.

I was so happy with the service I went ahead and scheduled an HVAC service for next week to make sure everything is in tip top shape.

I want to thank Quality Heating and Air and Todd for their quick and friendly help. I'd recommend them to everyone.

We were very impressed with Austin. He worked with us on moving some ductwork around in our house and was very patient as our plans changed during the course of his work. Would highly recommend.

Being new to Louisville we needed to build a list of tradesman for various services and really lucked out finding these guys. They show up at the time promised ,inform you on what's wrong or needed , and the approximate cost. I would highly recommend this company (we request Austin) for any HVAC need.

We had major leaking due to a broken furnace (installed by ANOTHER company). I called John McCleve at Quality Heating and Air and he came out right away! He was not only quick and efficient, but polite and went above and beyond what we needed. I highly recommend using this company, as it is the only Heating and Air Company I will use from here on out! You wont be disappointed!

I called them on a weekend evening because my furnace was blowing cold air. They were in the area and arrived in less than 30 mins. The problem turned out to be simple (reduced airflow), and they didn't even charge me for the call- probably because they know that they have made me a customer for life!

As General Manager of a high traffic restaurant in the Ohio Valley it is imperative that you have a reliable heating and air company on stand by. Quality heating and air has a very professional staff that is always on time. They build personal relationships with all of our managers and always defuse a sticky situation quickly. Austin, fixed our AC like a boss! We had four different companies come out to look at the unit. Not only was he the only one who could locate the real source of the problem, he was able to fix it for waaay cheaper than any of their competitors. 5/5 would call again.

I had a compressor go out on my Arcoaire unit and so I called John at Quality. He was courteous on the phone and was able to tell me that my compressor was under warranty. He then told me that despite being under warranty, it was going to cost around $950 to replace the compressor because there was a $200 "shipping and handling" fee to get the compressor. Upon hearing this, I quickly called up some other companies and found that, to my surprise, there was not a shipping and handling fee needed to get this compressor. I ended up paying less than half of what John originally quoted me with another local HVAC company. So, unless John was dealing with a different Arcoaire supplier than the other 2 heating and air companies I called, it seems he was not fully honest with me over the phone.

I had a great experience with Quality Heating and Air! I was very impressed with how quickly they responded, and the manager and technician were extremely nice and professional. What could’ve been an awful situation was resolved with zero hassle.
