I had this company install a new AC and heater two years ago. The systems have been running smoothly and efficiently ever since. They completed the job quickly and thoroughly. I also have them come out and service the system twice a year and they are always quick to get out here. Would definitely recommend!

We have used Erich Otto and J&M Mechanical for many years. They give it to you straight, lay out various options, with no hard-sell pressure whatsoever. Erich and the members of his team are on time and incredibly responsive from the first call; top-notch in every way. We had our whole system updated during record high temps.

Had to get our A/C repaired middle of the summer, Erich was quick to respond, came out on a Sunday, I had unknowingly froze everything up, so he fit me in his schedule on Monday and had it repaired within 30 minutes. Absolutely happy with the response and the service, now I won’t go anywhere else for anything HVAC.

This was the most professional, efficient, and friendly service company I have worked with in a long time. It’s nice to know they are still out there and even go above and beyond!!!

Need to calm their drivers road rage. No sure why he was changing lanes on the Waterston like a maniac while screaming out the passenger window almost hitting 2 cars on the driverside.
