AUSTEN was awesome. He got my ac back up and running, despite it being over 30 years old! No Nickle and diming here, he saved my family so much financially as well as peace of mind! I genuinely can not say thank you enough!!

This is literally the best company I have ever dealt with. The owner, Austin, is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He takes the time to identify issues and fix them correctly. He explains everything he is doing in a way that my husband and I understand. He really makes you feel like you and your family (and dog!) are his most important customers. He will get our family’s business forever, and we will refer him to everyone we know. Don’t waste your time reading any more reviews and call these wonderful people!

I have had two complete systems installed and some repairs done by Austin and his team. Having rental property and a home of my own for many years I’ve used several HVAC contractors. Many of whom I felt I could not trust. I have found that Austin is honest, fair, respectful and professional. I will not use anyone else for HVAC service. I am not a family member nor am I getting a discount for this review. There are a few dishonest actors out there so do yourself a favor and call Quality Heating and Air when you have an issue.

A/C went out last September so I had a new full HVAC system installed. Austin was thorough in his assessment of my needs and available options. The installation was an extremely smooth, quick process, and the new system works great. Since installation, Austin always makes himself available to answer any questions I might have in a timely fashion. His knowledge and customer service are fantastic. Wholeheartedly recommend Quality Heating and Air LLC.

Austin and his crew are the absolute best in the business! I have been using their services for a few years and they do not compare to other contractors. I just had them replace my entire HVAC system after a couple of years of patching it up to make it work for the hottest and coldest days of year. Austin took the time to make sure we had the perfect system for our home without over or underselling us. Will never use anyone else in Louisville!

Quality was easy to work with from the moment I made my first call. The quote they gave us was substantially lower than some of their direct competitors, for slightly better equipment. Their turnaround time on installing our new AC/Furnace was extremely fast. Their service manager and installation techs were friendly, professional, and got the job done right.

As stressful as it is for your AC to finally go out, between the discomfort of a hot house, and the money you have to invest in getting it fixed again, Quality made the process a lot easier to deal with. I highly recommend considering them for your HVAC needs.

Great company to deal with. They've handled all of my HVAC needs for the last 3 years, including installing my new system. Austin is always friendly and responsive. I once had an issue with my system and he was at my door less than an hour later. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything with the installation is clean and efficient.

Great service, knowledge and advice. Austin and Chuck were not pushy, they gave 4 quoted options, not just one, and let us make our decision. Very easy to deal with. Prices were unmatched by competitors and in most cases considerably lower for better equipment. Install went smoothly and they left my house clean when they were done. I will be updating my AC unit soon and these guys will be the ones I call. Honest guys at an honest price. What else can you ask for?
