KCC did a fantastic job for me. They were professional, quick to respond, and helped me in a tough spot where my HVAC died during a freezing spell. Their prices were fair and went above and beyond. I plan to use them again in the future.

John F. was an amazing sales representative at KCC. Don’t let his New York accent fool you… he has great southern charm about him. Explained each system and size in detail. Gave me good prices. Gave me his cell phone number for any questions. Got a great deal on a trane AC and furnace. Installed quickly and efficiently by two super nice gentleman. Ronan the office guy was also great and professional.

My condenser unit wasn't level. Easy. However, they were quick to set me up and get this issue resolved. I've used them in the past for a clean and check on the AC side of the system as well. Always professional and the techs are great at answering questions.

As far as corporate, we expected them to contact us for membership service before the cold season set in and they did not. Only toward the me of season.

They came out on a Thursday and gave me an estimate. On Friday they installed my furnace and I am really happy with it. It only took them about 6 hours.

I researched and found that my AC/Furnace were over 33 years old and decided to replace them with new efficient units. I also added a HEPA system, and UV light to help with allergies, as I have allergies. I was provided a quote for the systems to be installed, was installed in a timely manner, and when I had a concern with the noise the HEPA system made, they made it all right. Very happy with the service and product used. House is warmer and quiet.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this company! Our HVAC went out and we were unable to finance, let alone pay outright for a replacement unit. Kas went out of her way to find a solution and within the week we got a replacement and don’t have to fear the winter. The entire team was so polite, responsive, clean, and efficient. We’ll definitely continue using this company for any future needs.
