KCC squeezed me in first thing in the morning when my heat went out this winter. Fixed it quickly and haven’t had any problems sent. Christine, the manager, is amazing and super helpful. Called me personally to assist with the issue.

KCC was used for Pm's on our heat exchange unit in our warehouse plus two small office units. They charged 1,932.00 annually. Included new filters and wear and tear on some parts. It turns out the heat exchange unit uses washable aluminum filters, KCC was telling us they needed new filters every time. Jokes on us!!! We hired a new company to replace KCC, and there changing us 772.00 annually. So that's a 1,160.00 dollar SAVINGS.

They did a great job installing my new heater and air conditioner. From the sales rep to customer service to the installers, they were all great to work with!

Quoted us $250 for a job, then we get an invoice for $968 because their first technician was too overweight to do the job the first time-- certainly unprofessional. Told us they would be back out the next day to complete the repairs, then didn't show-- when we finally got ahold of them they told us it was because the technician that was able to do the job wasn't available. Lack of communication and unprofessionalism all the way around. My company will not use this company again.

Extremely happy with the quick and knowledgeable service provided by KCC. I had an entire system replaced and KCC provided options that not only fit my budget, but were extremely efficient for my home.

Our annual cleaning and inspection of the AC was completed within the appointed time frame efficiently and courteously..

I like the KCC people. I have worked with several as a vender and these guys are great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone in the Louisville area. At the end of the day it is more about people than anything else when trying to find quality and service and KCC is made-up of good people. Give KCC a try.
