Excellent prompt service even to the extent of retrieving the part locally and making a return trip the same day to install it

This is the very first time I used Elder Heating & AC. Thankfully they were able to work me in, within me calling just one day before. Which I especially was grateful for since I have to go in the hospital on Thursday.
Not only were they on time, they were actually early!! Really, how often does that happen? The technicians were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
They were able to repair my AC quickly and thankfully it was the least expensive of the two options.
I was so amazed and happy with everyone at Elder Heating & AC from the receptionist to the technicians. They all cared about my situation and satisfaction. I can't say enough about the people and company of Elder Heating and AC.
I would and will highly recommend them to everyone!!

I contacted Elder when our second floor heating unit started to fail. Their scheduler was very polite and was able to schedule a same-day appoint to have the unit inspected. I was given a call in advance of their arrival as requested. The technician was on-time and quickly identified the problem and contacted me by phone to discuss repairs. Repairs were made at a reasonable rate and our heat was back up and running within 6 hours of my initial call. The service we received was impeccable from start to finish. I was very impressed! If I could give them 6 stars, I would!!

The technician (Will) was one of the best that I’ve had in my home.Knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I’ve used Elder for at least 15 yrs in my home and would never switch.
They are one of the best companies in town and they can fulfill all your HVAC needs.

A/C went out and after researching reviews called the emergency line. I Was informed a tech would contact me shortly. The tech, Will, was finishing a job and could be over in an hour. He was on time and very proffesional. He was able to diagnose and repair the issue. Overall fantastic service and experience.

Our A/C stopped working when we installed a new thermostat and Steve came out to help! He was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly find the problem and a solution. On a Sunday before a holiday, the price was more than reasonable 😀

Called on Friday, and Will came out on Saturday but charged rate for normal work hours. Will was knowledgeable, professional, personable, and attentive. He quickly diagnosed the problem and applied the appropriate corrective action in short order. He also made sure that the system was working correctly before leaving.
Based on this initial experience, we also signed up for their ongoing maintenance program.

Absolutely loved the service they provided. Marshall and Noah were very professional. Ronnie was absolutely the best answered all my questions. If you ever need any HVAC service this is the place to call. Will recommend them to everyone neef service.

We woke up this morning with no heat. I called Elder at 830 am and someone was here by 10 am. They had to go get a part and just finished the repair before lunch. And the cost wasn’t too bad either. Nice technician and nice person who scheduled the repair. Also uses them for air conditioner repair last summer and they were great. Definitely recommend and will use again!
