Affordable, prompt, thorough and patient. Tom was great. He explained to me what he was doing and my issue was with my AC. Elder Heating & AC was able to come service my AC almost immediately without a huge repair bill. I am grateful and satisfied. The staff in the office were equally as professional and friendly. I called elder to ask a question about a system they installed in my house last year and spoke with a technician who I like. I told him my heating bill was extraordinarily high in February and if he thought that could have anything to do with my new air system. He offered to “come out and take a look at it” so I said sure. He comes out and checks the system then tells me it will be 170+ dollars. If you’re offering an expensive service call don’t offer to come take a look at it like it won’t cost me anything. I’ve been happy with Elder but that wasn’t professional.

I went through 6 different HAVC companies and they where the best. They are very honest. They made sure my problems where taken care of. Found things wrong with the unit, very fast. They are very professional and very knowledgeable about the HAVC. I am very impress on how they are punctual, knowledgeable,professional, friendly and understanding about your problems on the HAVC. Thank you for your services. It is so hard to find good workers and they have them.

Very professional services and technician. Installed UV lights and ballasts. Excellent teaching re: system and technician is very patient and knowledgeable.

Steve did a great job. Was determined to find out what was wrong with our thermostat. Ended up being an easy fix and he offered to repair a tear in our dryer vent in the basement when he check on our furnace. Very kind gesture.

After having someone tell me I overpaid for the refrigerant refill, I started checking around and found their prices to be pretty high for R22. They were totally upfront about the prices, and I agreed to it before they did the work, but when you have heat in the 90's and no AC, I just wanted things working as quickly as possible. I found that they charged about 4-5 times what the R22 sells for, plus a service charge. I'm all for someone making a profit, and they were able to come out quickly, but the price seems excessive.

William was our technician. He was polite and thorough. He gave some great tips and advice for future maintenance. Using Elder was a great experience. Thank you.

My furnace started acting up at exactly the wrong time (when it was 9 degrees out at night, ugh) and the Elder team was extremely quick to get out to see what was going on. Turns out there was a major problem with the unit and it was leaking CO into the house and needed replaced, turn around time to get this done was fantastic! Plus, they were super professional and very nice to work with. I would highly recommend work with them!!! Thanks guys :)
