Elder Heating and Air

On a hot night, what would have been a very uncomfortable night of no sleep without air conditioning, ours was not working. At 12:00 AM we called Elder Heating and Air to leave a message. It was the 4th of July so we didn’t expect to get a call back until after the holiday. The technician that answered the call said he would be here in 20 minutes. 😳 He arrived as stated and fixed the problem. We had cold air again and a good nights rest. Thank God for Elder! We would highly recommend them.

We highly recommend Elder Heating and Air. Kaylie received our call and was very gracious and helpful. Though it was a very busy time for them in service calls, she got us on the schedule as soon as a slot opened. Our service technician, Will, gave great service! We’ll call them again for future needs.

Contacted this company to get a repair done on my daughter's HVAC system and get an estimate for replacement. The owner (Bobby) reached out managed to get her replacement expedited. The showed up a within a few days with two full crews to make the replacement as easy as possible. Bobby personally came by to help give us a great plan to help with airflow and options that best suited her budget. Thanks to a local company in our area that provided us with outstanding service and price.

Quick response from receptionist who was very nice and helpful. Repairman came quickly and was nice and helpful. He checked out system and got it running quickly. He explained everything he did and explained to me what I should do. Great experience, I don’t get to say that very often!

Hayley (receptionist) was efficient and courteous and set an appointment for a few days after my call. Technician (Will) showed up on time, was polite and professional. Quick diagnosis and resolution to the problem. Couldn't be more pleased. Kudos to Elder for both excellent service and for smart hiring choices!

I received service from Will, a Service Technician with Elder Heating & Air Inc. He was a consummate professional with an immense amount of knowledge/expertise about my unit and what needed to be accomplished in this visit. He was extremely thorough and explained what he was doing step by step as well as why he was doing it. I have used this company in the past and plan to reuse them again and send referrals too. We had a technician out to inspect our old A/C, which had quit running. We expected the worse, but the technician diagnosed a much less expensive issue and fixed the system in under 30 minutes.

These guys are awesome! They came a did an observation of unit and needed a part they had to order because of older hvac. Part was back in a couple days and unit fixed all in a week. Will definitely refer these guys🥰
