Larry did a good job on installation, very polite, and seemed to know his trade. He also called Rheem about my warranty but what he failed to tell me was that if I did not replace the water heater with another Rheem product then I would get no refund on the water heater that was removed. I found out when I read the fine print when I tried to get the refund. Now I am out $2,000 for a hot water heater that he installed, and the $700 that I paid for the one he replaced.
$2,700 is a ridiculous amount of money for hot water. It has left me hesitant to use your company again.

Reasonable price for exceptional work. We had our entire house switched from copper to PEX. The service techs were polite, professional and finished the job ahead of schedule. I will definitely call again with any plumbing need we have.

Eric Yost our tech was on time and very efficient. Removed old water heater and replaced with a new one within 3 hours. Also helped unclog a slow draining bathtub when asked. Very friendly service and much appreciated!

Austin explained clearly the nature of our problem and all the possible solutions. He was clear about the difficulties he might encounter, so that we would not be surprised. Pleasantly, he was able to do the work for slightly less than the original quote.

Very knowledgeable about the service. Came to our home & Accessed the situation and devised a plan to replace our main water line outside from the meter at street level and coming all the way inside to the main shut off valve. Showed up the next day and had the job done in less than 5 hours. They kept us informed throughout the whole process. They were polite, efficient and know what they were doing. I would definitely recommend this provider to anyone!

During a straightforward bathroom remodel, Dauenhauer installed the shower valve as far forward as possible so the handle has 1" of valve exposed. A supervisor said the valves sometimes do that and would not make any offer to correct.

The rest of the remodel was fine.

Clinton Stratton and Jared Jeffries replaced the water line from the meter to my basement. They were respectful of my property and worked as an efficient team. I would recommend Dauenhauer based on my experience with Mr. Stratton and Mr. Jeffries.

Frank Nutter did a great job installing a new water heater at my house today. If the water were hot, why would I need a hot water heater?

Gary/Junior was great. Got the jobs accomplished with persistence and professionalism…copper pipe repair and stubborn drain clog. The only issue I had was that I waited all day for the appointment that never happened and never got a call. After I called them we rescheduled for the next day and all went smoothly.
