Dauenhauer Plumbing Heating and Air

Had a new tankless water heater installed in the fall of 2022 as well as two new toilets installed. Installers did a wonderful job installing and very happy with products. HOWEVER, cost also included a new permit and inspection which is required for any new water heater. Have reached out on 3 different occasions to Daunenhauer over the course of several months and no one has returned my call. No follow up at all. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them due to the fact the "job" isn't completed and I cannot get anyone to follow up as to why.

I was very impressed with the quality of service from Dauenhauer Heating & Air. Neal Hamann was our technician and he did an incredible job! He arrived on time, called beforehand to let me know when he would be arriving, diagnosed our problem quickly, and clearly communicated the best course of action to repair the unit. He was a very professional and kind, and I would definitely use Dauenhauer in the future. Thank you again for all your help!

Excellent service by Jeremy on Saturday trying to safely unclog the drain and realizing that other equipment was needed to help us. Mat returned Sunday, cleared the sludge quickly and professionally. Very personable guys. Highly recommend both of these gentlemen if you have a plumbing need.

Would not recommend this plumbing company. Communication is sorely lacking in efficiency, prices are VERY VERY HIGH, and now they just hung up on me on the phone. Please, for the love of all things sacred, use a different plumbing company.

The basement drain in the house I just bought had long ago forgotten it was a drain. After 2 trips to the hardware store, and 2 days of toiling in the basement instead of unpacking; I called Dauenhauer. Angela in the office was a delight, and hooked me up with Zack Hamm, who, in less than 90 minutes, was at my door. I never stood a chance against the 30 ft clog that Zack cleared in maybe an hour. After cleaning the slight mess that was mostly made by me, and running a test to ensure the problem was resolved, he even let the dogs meet him on the way out! That was truly exceptional service!

I was so grateful to have such a speedy response to my absolute disaster of a plumbing situation. Ezra, the technician, was super respectful and was quick to diagnose the issue and resolve the nightmare I was enduring.

The three men who fixed our rather extensive plumbing were professional, polite and communicated what had to be done. I felt the pricing was very reasonable. Very impressive of their courtesy and skills!

Mat Moore made the difference. He thought that he was facing a small problem that turned out to be much worse. Instead of doing half a job, he cleared his schedule across two days and executed the complete repair. He delivered my idea of professionalism - thoughtful, thorough, and managing risks. What might have become an expensive blow up has now been transformed into a routine home maintenance task.
