The technician did a good job evaluating the condition of my unit.

Synergy was on time for every appointment made. They were incredibly responsive, very professional, and kept me up to date and educated me every step of the way. Dalton did a fantastic job with installing my whole home humidifier system and thermostat. He was genuine, knowledgeable, and informative. I will call Synergy for every HVAC service I need in the future and request Dalton when I do. I've had probably 2 dozen HVAC companies throughout my home ownership and Synergy is by far and away the best company that has ever done work for me before.

I was especially impressed when he stopped what he was doing for a few moments to talk about next steps, as opposed to just moving along without really paying attention. Synergy Home replaced our furnace and AC units today. Frank, Corey and Ryan were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job and the place was spotless after they left. Highly recommend.

We had two complete HVAC systems installed by Synergy Home to replace systems that were old and inefficient. Not only did the new systems help half our electric bill from the same month from the year before, I can’t say enough great things about the team that came to our home to do the install. They were absolutely professional, courteous, and very clean in terms of being in our home for most all of a day.

Not only did they get someone out to my home faster than they promised due to an unexpected opening in the schedule, but Keegan was super professional and efficient getting my A/C working again on this hot day. He was so kind and took the time to explain what he was doing and what he discovered to help me be a more informed home owner, which I really appreciated. I live in an older home with no ductwork. Jamie Clark came and looked at my home and gave me a quote to add ductless mini splits to cool my home. The team came to install, and I’ve never regretted a purchase more.

The unit in our family room (which connects to our kitchen and living room) can barely keep up. It never gets cooler than 75 in there during the day, despite the unit running constantly. The unit in our bedroom leaks. They have been to our home to service it 4 or 5 times this summer and it is still leaking. The install on the outside of our house is downright ugly. We had a contractor come to give us a quote for new siding and he saw the mini split ductwork and asked “Who did that to your house? It’s awful.”

Either Jamie doesn't know how to design a proper HVAC system, or he designed one for my home knowing it was insufficient just to make a sale. Also, in the three years since the system was installed, Mr. Clark has not personally been to my home to review the work that was done, despite all the problems we’ve had.
