When I called the first time they were able to send someone out the next day to check why my AC wasn't working. He thought it was something immediately but conducted a thorough evaluation and eventually decided it was a part that had gone bad and fortunately for me was under warranty. Everyone from claims, scheduling, and the technician were professional and friendly.

Chad was amazing! Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, punctual, and HONEST! Was able to diagnose our issue and get us back up and running with cold air in no time! Will definitely be using this company again (our neighbors recommended) and will be requesting Chad for any future repairs and preventive maintenance! **Bonus- we received a courtesy text that Chad was on his way which is not abnormal BUT what set them apart for me is we also received a picture of the technician with a brief bio which is amazing! 5 stars all day long.

When I called for an appointment to service my generator, the office person made an appointment for the next day between 1-2:00 and someone would call when the serviceman was on their way. I arrived home around 11:15 and the Synergy truck was in front of my house. It was fortunate that I arrived home while the serviceman was arriving, otherwise I would have missed having the service performed. In the future, I would suggest the office person and the serviceman coordinate the service time agreed on with the customer. I was 100% satisfied with Austin! He did an awesome job, was very polite and considerate. I would give him an A+!!! I am very satisfied with Synergy Home.

Installed solar on my roof. Outstanding work, follow up and stellar customer support. I only have 2 thumbs, but would give Synergy Home 5 thumbs up otherwise (I need 1.5 more friends)!

Ink wasn't dry on my contract with Steve and a pile of folks showed up to my house to get started with pre-electric work. Vince, Cameron, Greg, Nick, Luke, and Isaac. Great experience so far.

My system is making more juice since September 6 than I'm using.

Synergy Home is the place to go in Lexington if you want a local business with their own installers, their own tech support, etc.

"Solar Panels installed" We had solar panels installed on our house. The process was very easy from start to finish. Steve came to the house and explained everything to us and gave us a couple of options. Vince, Hank and Ryan were always available when I had any questions. They took care of everything for us from getting the permits to getting the electric company to change our meters. The guys who did the roof installation of the panels did a wonderful job. I was impressed with the quality and efficiency they all worked. They left our property the same way they found it. No trash or parts left behind. All of the people were professional and did great work. A young man (I forgot his name) came to the house and took pictures of our attic and the garage roof. He was a sweetheart and he was very polite. I told the office that we had a wonderful experience and that I will call them again for any other project I am having at my house. The people in the office were also very helpful and friendly both in person and on the phone. I highly recommend this company for your needs both solar and HVAC. Thank you all for a wonderful experience and I love my app that shows me how much money I save even with the cloudy days. I cannot wait until the summer when we get more sun.

We used Synergy for Generac purchase and installation. All service members (Austin, Luke and others) were very respectful and efficient. The back office crew (Cindy) were also very efficient and responsive. It was a pleasure to deal with a company who obviously is committed to "process" and customer service. Highly recommend.

Synergy installed a new HVAC system in August, 2021. It has worked well until around May 1, when the compressor died in the outdoor unit. The compressor was supposed to be covered under a 5 year warranty. Somehow, our "warranty" repair of a failed compressor part cost us $2100+ out of pocket. I would read the warranty information really carefully before using this company as your HVAC vendor. I understand that I would have to pay labor on the repair, but this is very excessive. Beware.

Synergy installed a mini split system for me and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Everyone was professional, competent, great with communication, and they delivered everything promised. My minisplit delivered too - my average daily kWh use went down 9.77 kWhs in the first month, and my house temperature is perfect. Strongly recommend this company!

They recently installed solar panels at my house. They responded quickly to my initial request. TJ came to the house and was very helpful in deciding to install solar panels. The service people came within a week. They installed 19 panels and an inverter in one day. I have been very happy with their service and professionalism. I would use their services again if the need arose.

We felt very comfortable with Steve. Very down to earth and felt we had confidence in his knowledge about the system and what we needed.
