The Synergy team (Owner Jamie Clark, and technicians Bailey, Frank and Cody) were great to work with. The team did an assessment of our situation, which was more than I was aware - and provided me with a proposal the next day. They ended up replacing both of our old inefficient heat pump units, and old ductboard ducts while I was working from home. Frank and Cody did a great job and were professional, friendly, and respectful. This is a top-notch organization and I would happily recommend them to anyone!

A big thanks to Synergy Home LLC and employees Jason and Austin for a great job insulating our attic with spray foam. We have lived in our house which was built back in the late 50's for almost 7 years now and have always had trouble with keeping it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The great crew of Jason and Austin just left around 20 minutes ago and the house is already feeling the coolest it has ever felt and that is with the thermostat set at 78 degrees. Our house never felt cooler at 78 than it does now and the added sound barrier is amazing.

Very prompt, courteous & felt like we got a great value on our new furnace. We highly recommend Jamie and the Synergy Home team!

Update 4/2022 - Synergy fixed an issue with our radon system and got us back up and running where another local provider couldn't (misdiagnosed the problem and said warranty wouldn't be honored).

5/2022 - had Synergy out again when our 15+ year-old A/C unit failed. They installed a new high efficiency system and a furnace. Great customer service provided by the two technicians. Highly recommend Synergy!

Sloppy work from this company. The owner promised that everything they did was detail oriented and my experience was anything but that. Our system was installed in 2019 and it works fine so I have no complaints with the equipment. Part of the reason for the delayed review is that I've only recently discovered some of the bigger issues

Here's a short list of the things that were sloppy:

- the install crew shut off the gas to my water heater and didn't turn it back on when they finished.
- they left tools and other supplies in my basement that I had to clean up when they finished.
- there was exposed asbestos from the old duct work that other contractors had to point out to me.
- the exhaust pipe was installed incorrectly causing it to leak.
- my HVAC system has runs in 2 directions which should mean 2 dampers to control the airflow but 1 of the dampers was never put in.

Like I said, sloppy work and disappointing that I'm having to fix stuff (the damper, exhaust pipe) after the fact or in the case of the possible asbestos, didn't know about.

We have used Synergy Home multiple times. They have always been great to work with, they are always professional and I feel like they give me options and help me make the best decision for my family and home. Jamie the owner is great it work with and runs a great business. Cody most recently help us on our last call, he was very knowledgeable, helpful in deciding making, on time and knows how to do his job and takes pride in it!

Todd was a great guy to have service our A/C and quote us a new unit. Jamie also did very week in working with us and navigating Todd through the quoting process. Very enjoyable experience.

Mike, Danny, Frank, and Corey did an outstanding job today installing a new hvac system, steam humidifier, uv light, a media cabinet and filter, and new Wi-Fi programmable thermostat. They removed all old equipment, showed us their work and answered all our questions. They were most professional and courteous. Their efforts on our behalf are greatly appreciated.

Calling Synergy was the best call I made in over a week without air conditioning. They sent a knowledgeable, conscientious HVAC tech (Keegan) to determine the problem. He determined that the unit could not be repaired due to it’s age. The owner, Jamie Clark gave us a comprehensive list of options for it’s replacement.

The unit was replaced according to our schedule by Frank and Cody, who were also very knowledgeable and careful while in our home. They completed the installation by the end of the day, after giving me a tutorial on the new thermostat.

We chose to replace both the heating and air conditioning and are very pleased with it’s performance. It comes with a great warranty too!

Service team of Frank and Dustin spent the whole day here installing an additional trunk line so that our upstairs could be easily regulated. All is well. Now both levels of the condo have their own thermostat. Nice!!
Well, it's been a year and another HVAC company informed us that one piece of duct work was never connected, so it's been sitting in the hot attic covered by a piece of foil! Also one of the dampers was not working. Don't know how long that has been a problem, but the two thermostats never worked well independently. So we had Todd with Synergy come and he replaced the damper and connected the duct to the return. Sure hope this is what we needed done. So if it is, then we are happy now. Too bad it took a year to be figured out. 3 stars because of average between the two visits. Todd was a 5 today.

Timely, Friendly, and Professional. They actually took time to solve our immediate cooling problem rather than just passing us off to a salesman. Our technician, Zach, went the extra mile to actually made a proper diagnosis and perform a simple repair with a new part that he had on-hand in his truck. We were super pleased with this fix and it gives us some room to consider how best to replace our system. Highly recommended.

Update 2022: We’ve had Synergy as our go to HVAC service provider for years. Most recently Mike and Danny installed a complete new system at our home. They did a great job.
