We wanted a Generac generator for our home. Steve Cope came out for estimate and location placement. Did great job of explaining the installed time frame.
Got some other estimates and wasn't as impressed.

Day of install, May 9th went off with out a hitch. All arrived on time and the process was as described.
Dylan, Luke and Greg from Synergy did an excellent job on the electrical and placemnt of the Generac were wanted.

Brandon Kennedy and his helper (forgot name) from SORG Heat & Cooling did a great job on the plumbing of the gas line. Actually upgraded to be more efficient.

Thanks again to The Synergy and SORG teams for great experience.

Been in contact with Chase regarding Solar Power. He was very informative on all my questions pertaining to solar. Even the wife. (Guys you know what I mean). Our tech Drew Vaughn went above and beyond and did awesome inspecting our a/c. We had a build up of ants and wasps and he cleared em out! I don’t think exterminator is on the job description but he was great. Thank you!

Good spray foam insulation with great customer service from Fernando. Great to work with and excellent air seal by getting foam in all the books and crannies. Several spots where our 2x4 beams were visible after the first pass were filled in by the team when requested with no issue.

Definitely recommend. Make sure they let you inspect the work before they put all the equipment away.

I purchased a Whole house Generac Generator from SYNERGY HOME, LLC recently. They were A+ from sending an estimator within a week to our home and I was assured the generator would be installed and working within 4 weeks! WOW! Steve Cope, the estimator, was correct! The company let me know each step when and who was going to be at our house…The SORG employee, Brandon, did the natural gas work and was very knowledgeable. THEN, Austin and Luke came to the house to hook up electric…AGAIN, very polite, knowledgeable, and just the whole group made this experience of this generator install THE BEST!

Used these guys for our room addition; had such a good experience we invited them back to do the rest of the house. Fernando and Taggert work efficiently, do an excellent job, and leave the site clean. Would definitely recommend.

TJ arrived on time and did a fine job doing the maintenance on our hvac system. He also gave me a brochure on spray foam insulation and answered some other questions about our furnace. Highly recommend Synergy for your hvac needs.

We got some last minute quotes from Chad. Great guy. Upfront, knowledgeable, professional. We haven't decided on a company yet, but we'd have no issue using Synergy.
