Great group of guys who do an amazing job!

Installed new indoor and outdoor unit. Airflow probably half of old unit. They came the day after and slowed the fan down even more, as a result almost no air flow. Eventually the indoor coil froze up, their first resonse was because of dirty filter...WRONG. On the hottest, humid, most miserable day of the year to date their "temporary" fix was put the fan in run mode, with AC off and let it run until thawed. Okay, except the indoor temps rose to 85 degrees, 80% RH. When they did return late the following day they sped the fan up (who would've thunk it), and again they claimed the cause was a dirty filter. Once again WRONG. I wonder how many unsuspecting customers they do this too? I would not recommend them. Period.

I asked Signature Heating & Air to come out to just look over my system to ensure everything is running smooth. Very friendly and forth coming with ideas to ensure I don’t have issues in the future, really took the time to educate me. Decided to sign up for their yearly maintenance program for a very affordable price. A++++++

Jeff and William did a great job installing a new ac unit even move my thermostat to a better location.

Excellent work and explained everything to me about what the issue was and options to fix the system. So far, the ac is working fine.

Silas Rathbun came out checked my Hvac unit out and had me going within an hour. He was very courteous. And was all the team at Signature Heating and Cooling. From the first time calling in and speaking to the lady in the office to work finished and fixed everything back just as he found it.
