I would again highly recommend Signature Heating & Air. They were responsive, professional, and courteous from the initial request to the completion of the job. Jake took the call & scheduled the service to be completed the same day & the technician completed the repair the same day, within 3 hours of placing the initial request! Trae was the technician & is very knowledgeable. He was able to find the problem & correct the issue. He always does an excellent job & we will continue to use them for all our HVAC needs.

Brian was amazing! He was able to come out the same day we called and address our failed capacitor on the first visit. He was respectful and courteous and explained things in a way we could understand, including some maintenence recommendations to help keep our system running smoothly.

Signature Heating & Air was available for a same day service call and diagnosed the problem in no time. They sent a confirmation email/text regarding the appointment and another email/text when they were on their way. The technician Trae was great to work with and carefully explained the problem and the solution that was needed. They do not charge for any work beyond the initial service call until they have discussed the options with you. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done in the Richmond area.

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to the guys who have been helping us with our HVAC system for the past year, and installed a new one today. Jeff and Austin were quick, friendly, and very patient with all our questions, and they go above and beyond with helping me out. I can't thank them enough, you guys have been great and our new unit is lovely.

I also wanted to mention Brian who has come out to check on our systems several times and has been very knowledgeable and helpful in getting us set and ready to go, and has been willing to answer my questions anytime I had them. I appreciate all your help!

I had to get a complete new system and the duck work replaced these guys were great thank you Aaron and Will and the other guy sorry forget name they were very patient with me and answered all my questions explained everything and were very professional and went above and beyond.
They had to crawl around in my very hot attic they were up and down in the house and attic for three days and cleaned up every time.

The office staff was professional and understanding of the "101" times I had to cancel and reschedule. Jeff, the installer, and his helper were on time, professional, friendly, and informative. He took his time making sure the job was done correctly. Once the installation was complete, Jeff walked me through the setup with the furnace/AC and thermostat. I appreciate the hard work and professionalism of the installers and I would recommend Signature for your heating/air needs.
