Beyond happy with the quality service of Signature. From the time I called about our issue to the AC blasting wonderful cold air was less than 24 hours. Andrew diagnosed our AC unit issue and repaired it quickly and without issue. He provided a clear explanation of the problem before starting the repair. Signature installed a new AC/heat pump unit for me, in addition to a new air return vent. They did excellent work, provided a very neat & professional installation, and they they cleaned up so nicely after the day-long job. The aspect I valued most, however, was the customer service. In all honesty, it was probably the best I've experienced with any repair or installation project in my home. It's not uncommon to feel a bit uncomfortable with strangers working in your home. I never felt that way with Jeff or William...they were incredibly friendly, respectful, professional, and kind. These guys have my highest recommendation and complete trust. Aaron was professional and thorough. Located damaged wire that kept tripping the system breaker and replaced along with floater. Went above duty to put cap on and tested system multiple times, examined/tested the thermostat and reinstalled the installation with adhesive.
