This is a super easy company to do business with from beginning to end. Chase was quick and efficient with the quote and assisting to set up financing and they were able to do the installation next day for me (which may not always happen). Of course when you're AC goes out during the summer quick service is a must-have!

John and his partner were efficient and very professional with the installation! They were also very courteous and polite as our whole family was home during the installation.

If you need quick and effective service I would highly recommend this company! They may not be as cheap as some of the mom and pop companies but they are very high quality and provide very quick and professional service. I couldn't ask her a better experience!

Comfort is always great to work with, they get your scheduled quickly and show up on time. Bryan came out and gave us a quote and was very professional and helpful. Then the install team was here the next day and Frank and Cody were awesome! They had everything don’t a little ahead of schedule and did a great job cleaning up afterwords.

I was extremely disappointed with the service. It is sad that there are companies trying to rip people off that have sustained so much damage from the storm. We were without air conditioning and due to the water damage inside, we have humidifiers and fans. Our temperature upstairs registered 101 degrees and downstairs it was 91 degrees. We needed a quick fix. The young man that came out to check it said it was low on Freon and it would cost $500 per pound. We called another company and it was down 4 lbs. That company replaced the Freon for a total of $550. Our home is a war zone inside and out and it is very sad that they would try to take advantage of it.

We have been using this company for several years now and can't imagine switching to another company. Chris has been our technician from the start and is always professional, friendly, and efficient. He always explains our options clearly and helps us make the best decisions. The system we purchased from them is excellent.

The team at Comfort went above and beyond for us! After dealing with a home warranty company and their contractors, we were relieved when we switched to this company. They were professional, prompt, and so incredibly helpful. Ryan and Chase were so informative and made sure any questions were answered on the front end. Our install team was awesome! Chris and his apprentice were so professional and courteous. Chris answered questions and explained the ins and outs our new systems so well. They always wore booties in the house and covered all the carpeted areas to prevent tracking in anything on the super rainy day of installation. I appreciated this extra step immensely.

From beginning to end, the information and options given were clear and came from knowledgeable people. Friendliness and professionalism was presented with every team member. Only the most reliable products on the market were optional because they believe in reliability rather than customers paying for service every six months. When the unit I chose wasn't the exact fit I was upgraded to a more efficient unit (higher end) at no extra charge.

After contacting several different hvac companies, we stopped at Comfort for their professionalism and timely work. Chase, our rep did a thorough job explaining all the details and Leo & David were great during the install. Love the new system, thanks guys!

Nick was the most knowledgeable and professional HVAC technician that I’ve ever worked with. He was candid and honest about scenarios and outlook on my issues. Besides that, he was very cool. You can always tell a guy who is down to earth with a good heart. Lemme tell ya, this dude is a stand up guy and I will request him every time. In fact, I may try to get his personal cell and buy him a beer. Not a Bud Light though!!! Well done for hiring this man.

Trevis Spires came to my house and gave me a quote and was very informative and professional. After explaining everything to me we spoke with pricing and I had been quoted less by someone else but really liked him and his company so he worked with someone else to get the price to where it was better for my family and I. We r forever grateful they even came the following morning to install the new unit. We are now with heat. Thanks so much for taking care of my family and being so caring and quick.
