Comfort Heating & Air

My hvac was on its last leg and was nickel and dimeing me to keep it functioning. I called Comfort on Friday and they were able to come on Saturday to my surprise when no other company was available til Monday. The tech came out and I was very impressed with how professional and hands on he was that I chose Comfort on the spot.

Let’s start at the beginning. We purchased a new home and needed to fix or replace one unit. Comfort quoted us for 2 furnaces and 1 ac unit.
We confirmed they would use our home insurance “old republic” and work with this insurance for our purchase. We spent $11,000 with comfort and SHOULD HAVE received $6000 from insurance. After a whole year of trying, begging and visiting comfort (for them to correspond with our insurance) NOTHING. Then all of the sudden they “changed their system” and all our info was lost so.. we did not receive any relief from the insurance company.
During that time, we had to call 10+ times for work on a furnace they installed. They blamed an installer, the nest systems, etc. it’s still is not the best functioning furnace.
Honestly, this company is very frustrating. We had an emergency call outage, they came to look and said “it’s frozen, nothing I can do”
Called a Different company they came out and FIXED IT IMMEDIATELY!
Needless to say, we won’t be using comfort ever again. After Two years of struggle and let down, that’s it for us.

Frank and Cody were a great team to help us with our new AC. They were professional, helpful, and friendly. They came exactly when they said they would and worked efficiently until the job was done. They even made friends with our curious dogs. I highly recommend Comfort Heating and Air and intend to use them again!

Issue was separation of flexible drain pipe for Mitsubishi system, which resulted in water dripping onto floor of HVAC access area, as well as water dripping through ceiling below. Technician William restored proper join of drain pipe quickly to correct the problem. Very pleased with this service.

All the people I have had interaction with have been absolutely Awsome! Everything has been explained to me well. Pricing is fair. Financing personal are very attention. Comfort is a wonderful company to deal with from start to finish. I am very satisfied dealing with them Thank you Comfort!

The technician was courteous, professional, and personable. He did a thorough job checking things over. He did recommend additional services and made a good case. I am considering.

Had problems out of my A/C unit. Willie was the tech that helped get my unit going in what seemed like 5 minutes. He was very nice, happy to help, and knowledgeable. If I ever need to call comfort solutions again for my hvac issues im asking that Willie be the tech to help

We have used various HVAC companies in the past, but went with Comfort Heating and Air for our new system. With past companies, we were dissatisfied with the costumer service, responsive times, quality of work. From the start, the salesman, Ryan, explained the various systems and features. Giving benefits and drawbacks with each. Receiving the callback from Chase sealed the deal for us. The installation team was on time, was very professional AND friendly. They explained the new system, showed us pictures of the units in the attic, and more importantly, cleaned up after the job was completed. I will certainly recommend Comfort to all my friends.

Our technician was extremely helpful and polite. He helped us fix our thermostat issues, cleaned our unit's coil and made sure everything was in working order before he left. Highly recommend!!
