I was extremely impressed with Cody! He did a fantastic job. More than anything I felt like his attitude, his kindness and being friendly mattered more than anything. He had patience with me and took time to explain what was going on, why etc. Any question I asked he answered to the best of his ability and didn’t rush me or seem frustrated. I appreciate his time and taking care of my problem quickly. Thank you for making it a comfortable experience and for everything!

Payton was in and out, very efficient. He recommended replacing a capacitor, although the current one was functioning, just at a lower rate than it should. I know Payton doesn't set the cost of capacitors but all hvac companies overcharge for replacement parts. Overall a good experience.

Chris Jackson fixed a problem with my condensation pump it had came loose from the PVC pipe and from the unit itself. It was fixed in 30 minutes. Chris is very professional technician. Highly recommend Chris and Comfort

I called Comfort Heating and Air because my HVAC system was unresponsive. They had a technician at my home within four hours of my phone call. The tech Ryan was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and he completed the service efficiently. He also suggested installing UV lights to cut down on allergens and bacteria, which is a blessing in this part of the country. Great service from start to finish!

Matthew was a very nice young man, he kindly told my daughter that she needed a new unit for about $8000. My daughter got a second opinion and $800 later she has air. Also the second guy found a piece of metal in the unit that Matthew didn’t see, don’t know how he missed it! 🤨 Extremely disappointing to see my daughter being lied to and imagine her sadness regarding THINKING she needed to get another unit! Shame on you guys! She should at least get her over $100 fee back.

I had previously used Fayette Heating and Air but decided to try Comfort Heating and Air. The techs were prompt, professional, and pleasant. I was certain it was the starting capacitor and had watched YouTube videos on how to replace it oneself. It is a $50 part at most. But I decided to call the experts instead. The diagnostic fee was $104. The part plus labor was $387. A total of $491. They were onsite for 45 minutes. I appreciate the work but feel the cost was excessive. Should be $200 - 300 max for this simple repair.
