I would definitely recommend Comfort Heating & Air for all your A/C and Furnace needs! Great Value for the Excellent Service and system that was installed. I had a whole new Air conditioning and Furnace system installed and they were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and answered all my questions and took the extra time to explain how to work my new Nest thermostat. Brian and Leo are truly the dream team of Heating & Air! Update 12/9/22- Once again, I cannot say enough great things about Comfort Heating and Air... especially their technician- Matt Baker! He is Fantastic!!! I requested a quick check up visit on my new system that was installed in August, and was schedule prompty. Matt was so pleasant and efficient! He checked air flow to my bedrooms and checked out my outside A/C unit, etc. and made sure my system was working perfectly! Thanks again Comfort Heating & Air! Monica.

The technician made sure my system was working as it should. He also advised me of several options that were available to me that would extend the life and quality of my system. He was both knowledgeable and personable an obvious asset to his company.

Tune-up serviced for 2 units. I was told that "one unit is working fine; but the other has high gas pressure, which would be due to low performance of compressor.". And I heard a lot about the benefits of being a annual member. A few days later, I had strange feeling that I couldn't fully trust it, so I contacted another company to hear second opinion. The second opinion was 180-degree different. The one suspected has an issue was okay (not in perfect condition, though); but the other, which was diagnosed fine, has the gas leak problem. I wasted $180 for nothing.

Bought a furnace and AC unit from Comfort. Really happy with the way the units worked and the excellent warranty. warranty is also transferrable to the next homeowner if I decide to sell. I had a minor problem with the unit and they came out to diagnose the problem.

Our heating had an issue, but we could not find out what part had the problem. The guy form the Comfort heating came and look through the furnace and found out the part not working. He nicely and gently explained what happened and is going to happen and cared customers thoughtfully. The issue was resolved in an hour, and everything worked very fine thereafter. We strongly recommend this company, at least the guy we met. (Sorry. No remember his name)
