We had a home inspector look at the home we were buying. He said "HVAC unit was turned on at start of inspection, unit is not cycling correctly." The sellers of the home hired Richmond Brothers to look at the unit. Their tech said "Technician checked system thoroughly and found system was running properly." When we moved in I noticed something wasn't right with the unit and called Richmond Brothers again. The same tech came out and said nothing was wrong with the unit again. about a week later my heat was completely out and I called another company that confirmed that the unit wasn't cycling properly and that I could either repair or replace the unit. The owner of Richmond Brothers called me and basically said that I could have them come out and replace the part at no cost. I told him no thank you because I didn't trust their company anymore, but he could help pay for the repairs, to which he declined. Thank you for screwing me!

We have used this company several times since my husband and I bought our house last year. They have replaced our air conditioning unit and have repaired our furnace twice. Every person we have dealt with has been so kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. They get things done very fast which is of course what you want when dealing with heating and air. I feel very comfortable doing business with them....they're up front and honest. Also, its worth mentioning that we go through a home warranty company, which if you have one you know it can be a real pain for us and the technicians, but Richmond Brothers has always taken the time to speak with the warranty company for us so we can get reimbursed for repairs.

I was thrilled when this contractor communicated with. me, arrived on time, assessed and fixed my hvac problem and improved airflow in my attic. I will definitely use this company again!

I discovered my Air Conditioning wasn't working after they were closed. I went on their website and submitted a "contact us". I received an email that night that they would call me in the morning. I did receive a call early in the morning to schedule a time for them to come out. They offered that morning (I had something else scheduled) or afternoon. Adam, who was great and very knowledgeable came that afternoon and got it fixed. I will continue to use them for my system!
