Richmond Brothers Mechanical removed the ~14 year old HVAC attic unit and outside compressor from our single story home, and installed a new, higher efficiency unit. Their team took a full day with a partial second day to complete installation. Their team was friendly and considerate. I was happy with the completed project.

Nothing but great things to say about Richmond Brothers. Their techs have been great - knowledgeable, communicative, prompt, the list goes on. Their pricing is also very fair; when I first started working with them, I validated a few of their quotes against some others, and they were right around each other (+/- 10%). Ultimately, I chose RBM based on several others recommending them. It just goes to show that if you treat others right, maintain fair pricing, you will experience success.

RBM installed a new furnace and air, HVAC system. Our old furnace was 50 years old. They gave us a GREAT Price on a quality system.
They were professional, on time, courteous and thorough. When our air conditioning went out they went above and beyond to keep us comfortable until our new unit came in. They held our hand and walked us through the unpleasant process. RBM is a great company, with a courteous staff that honors their word and gets the job done!! I highly recommend them!!!

Long, but a must read!

There was a power outage on Wednesday in Lexington. When the power came back on my internal air handler unit was not blowing air. Fayette Heating & Air sent out Jim Campbell who assessed my unit and said I had a bad blower motor and possible bad relay switch. The repair was going to be $1,428, but they had to find the parts. He said my unit at 7 years of age was toward the end of its life and recommended a new unit for $10,485. My gut instinct was that something was wrong but I did schedule the install. Then I canceled the install and they were willing to take another $1,200 off the $10,485. I just couldn't do that and was looking for another assessment.

My friend Jason Glass highly recommended Richmond Mechanical Brothers. I put in an inquiry late last night and the owner himself called me at 10:00 p.m. I told him what happened with my unit and what I was told. He said they would have someone out to my place today. His dispatcher and manager Kelly called this morning and Brandon was out shortly thereafter. Brandon walks into my house and literally within less than 10 minutes has my unit running. There is NOTHING wrong with it. All it was is when the power came back on it tripped something in the handler and he reset it. Fayette Heating & Air basically lied to me about the problem and the tech Jim Campbell who came out was more interested in selling a unit. I never really felt like he was here to diagnose any problem.

I cannot recommend Richmond Mechanical and Brandon enough. They saved me from spending money that would have put me in a very, very bad financial situation. And, money that would have been fixing something that wasn't even broken.and, money that would have been fixing something that wasn't even broken.

The cost with Richmond Brothers mechanical was $110. That is their hourly rate, which is a very fair rate! They are honest and they have integrity. I wish I could give them 10 stars. They have earned a lifetime customer and I will refer them to anybody and everybody I can!

Richmond Mechanical went the distance in getting our hybrid Mitsubishi ductless system operating in top condition. Never an issue with the service techs, always prompt, professional and thorough.
