Richmond Brothers Mechanical

I was referred to Richmond Brothers by a friend who does commercial HVAC only. They have been out for annual maintenance the last 2 years and they did a thorough job! Very pleased with service and professionalism. Someday I’ll need to replace my current system and I’ll definitely call Richmond Brothers

Came out and give us a quote and time line to install new unit . Price was good and installation was completed in time line given. They were very respectful of our home and did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves. I would differently recommend them to family and friends. I will be using them in the future.

Richmond Mechanical maintains over 13 properties for me. They are extremely responsive, always professional and very timely in response to my requests. My first experience with Richmond Bros. was during one of the bitter cold spells in February. The heat pump’s occasional loud noises became constant and louder! I called Richmond Bros mid-afternoon Friday. Their repairman was here around 5pm. He was not rushed, clearly explained the problem to me, offered alternative solutions. Repairs were made. I later decided to have the heat pump replaced as it was out of the warranty period and the likelihood of further problems was present. Installation was completed efficiently and I am pleased with the service.
My only criticism would be slow responses to voicemails left for the salesman. I assume this was because of the volume of calls during the winter.

Came out quick and fixed our furnace. The mechanic was very nice and took the time to explain what was wrong.

We were very satisfied with our geothermal installation from Richmond Mechanical.
