Air Control Company

I would highly recommend Air Control for your HVAC needs. My air conditioning went out in the middle of July and they fixed the issue quickly. I have also used them for my heating needs when my boiler system went out and again they completed service quickly and resolved the issued. They showed up when they said they would and were professional and courteous.

I highly highly recommend using Air Control to anyone I know. Unfortunately for me both my upstairs heat pump and downstairs furnace failed the night the temperature was near record breaking lows. I was very impressed with how quickly the techs came out, and how quickly they resolved the issues once there. The technicians were very knowledgeable, with decades of experience (which you don't always get when you call an HVAC company). The company has been around for a long time, strongly recommended!

I would highly recommend Air Control for your HVAC needs. My heat recently went out when our temperatures were below zero. The service I received from Air Control was excellent. They communicated well and showed up when they said they would. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He found the problem, explained it to me, and immediately went to get the replacement parts. Within an hour, he was back and had my heat up and running. I will recommend Air Control to all my friends and family.

I've used Air Control for several projects - large and small. All were performed perfectly the first time. On occasion, the owner would even stop by and inspect the work. And if the work didn't meet his very high standards, he would make it perfect. You can't ask for more then that. Great company. Great people.

Charged me service call to tell me they couldn’t do anything. Then I asked for a quote on a whole new system. It took the owner over a week to call me. He got my voicemail and said his Tech had come out a couple of days ago... then talked about having someone out to help determine the cost. I called him back half an hour later and left a voicemail. That’s been over a week ago and I’ve heard nothing. They were also suppose to email me a receipt for the service fee. They confirmed my email three times. They had it correct. I never received the receipt. So we’ll be shopping elsewhere for our unit. Edit: company replied, and made excuses. Even said they called and left a couple of messages. They left one. I tried to return that call and never heard anything back. I expect better customer service when I’m planning on spending 3-5k of my hard earned money.And

Very quick and professional service with great follow up. My neighbor and I had units go out within a week of each other. She paid almost $1800 more to a different company for a comparable unit. Glad we went with Air Control.

Air Control installed a new HVAC system in my house last year - it needed repair & they handled it in one day and free under warranty. There was a part in the ouside unit that malfunctioned, and the tech (Ray) found it quickly. You can't ask for better service than that!

Air Control always delivers! They are great to work with and always keep you informed, not like some other contractors who keep you in the dark and look to rip-off the customer. Quality installations and they don't leave a mess behind them. Great company!

New heat/AC system. They did a great job with everything from the initial estimate (thanks Chuck) to the install and final check list. Highly professional, reasonable costs, and the product is excellent.
