Every time I have called for my business or personal home they have been very prompt. They take in to account I can not run a business without heat or air and or very quick to take care of all the issues I have.

I came home with temps in high 90s to a non working A.C. Might I add it is a 1980 A.C. Mr, HVAC was out the next morning and it is working..not replace. I have recommended Mr.HVAC to my clients ( I am a Realtor) for several years and have only had positive feedback.

I am very excited to have found Mr. HVAC. I'm impressed on all fronts: promptness, professionalism, attention to detail, friendliness and responsiveness. It has not been easy trying to dial in a consistent Heating & Air company for my home in Lexington. They are my for sure go to moving forward. Quotes were initiated if they made recommendations. Chris took pictures of the problem areas and reported to me in a timely fashion. Information is readily at hand through their invoicing portal. Home repair and maintenance are never fun. Mr. HVAC make those issues efficient to deal with.

My new go-to for anything heating and cooling. Chris did an excellent job and had our AC running again in no time. The other places I called couldn't make it out for 4-5 days and MrHVAC had someone out here in less than 24 hours. Super impressed with the work and the price. I'd recommend them to anyone.
