All of the employees were respectful and knowledgeable. They were able to give me a quote and install a new furnace and AC in less than a week. This included moving my outdoor unit from my deck to the side of my house. They were 1000 cheaper than my previous installation on my old house that didn’t require any additional work. More importantly they did not try to up sell me on any additional upgrades.

I recently purchased a new HVAC system for our home. I did a lot of research before going with Air Control through Costco. Our new Lennox system is so quiet and efficient. The professionalism from all the employees is beyond compare. I 100% recommend Air Control.

Air Control installed all 3 hvac systems in my new house 3.5 years ago and did a great job. Today they replaced the fan motor in one unit to get my AC back on. They did a great job and the parts were still under warranty. Very professional and very good at what they do. I highly recommend them.

Air control is a highly professional and responsive company. In the last 11months I have purchased two Lennox air condition units for one location and a Lennox air conditioner and heat pump at another location.

The Lennox products are superior to all the units I have had in the past. Chuck did an excellent job at selecting the proper units and design for my property needs. His advise was invaluable from start to finish. Including follow up after the job was completed.

Anna is the go to person for maintenance, repairs and scheduling of all jobs, etc. Anna is extremely professional and works to accommodate your schedule and needs to complete the task.

Overall, the two generations of owners being in business for approximately 50 years probably reflects Air Control’s overall performance.

Was introduced to them via COSTCO Lennox program. Responded very quickly to replace 15 year old dual zone AC from 13 SEER units that were aging and needed the old freon. Was given all options for replacement including basic to the wifi controlled units and variable speed units. Ended up with 20 SEER units. Also discussed rebates and other programs through Lennox/COSTCO. Response was timely and punctual. Crew was well trained and installation was performed professionally. Equipment was delayed by 4 weeks due to the shortage from manufacturer. There were minor issues with the installation which were dealt in a very timely manner. Had sought alternate quotes from other vendors but they were either too aggressive in their sales pitch and were quoting through the roof. Happy with service

Chuck from Air Control contacted me when I reached out through the Costco website. This company handles the HVAC installs for those who purchase through Costco. He was busy, with this being the start of summer, but he got here in two days to checkout our situation. He sent me a quote and brochures on the Lennox systems. Their quote was more than my other bid, but the equipment was high efficiency and the warranty, through Lennox and through Costco, was fantastic. Once I compared what I was purchasing, it was a no-brainer. Plus, as a Costco customer, I'll be receiving a Costco card with over $1300 of store credit! To make this purchase experience even better, the installation guys were fantastic! In the end, when you buy HVAC, you also buy customer service. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our purchase.

Air Control did a great job getting the equipment in in a timely manner. Very Professional, excellent demo on the old equipment and install of the new. They took great care not to damage anything and did good cleanup afterwards.

Chuck and the crew are awesome that did a great job on the removal in install of a 20 year old unit. The new system has worked flawless and we have see a major drop in our utilities. Normally at the end of the job they leave you with all of the paper work and you have to file for warranty ...Not Chuck, he filed all the equipment for us, followed up after, took pics of the final workmanship. CANt say enough good about them... Great Job

Chuck Cowing was extremely helpful throughout the entire process for a new HVAC system. Very knowledgeable and responsive. The installation techs are top notch, could not have had a better experience. Highly recommended.

I needed to get a 40-year old HVAC system replaced, and found these guys through the Costco/Lennox program. They did a great job from estimation to the follow up visits. Due to the quirks of replacing an ancient system, the installation took an entire extra day, but the installers did great work and did not cut any corners on the installation and testing of the system. Highly recommend these guys!
