Great service. Technician showed up on the scheduled time slot with a great can do attitude. After a brief discussion about my AC problem he got right to work and had me up and running cool in no time. I highly recommend Bryant for a easy hassle free HVAC service. Had an inspection on our house we just bought and the electrician chuck Scott found stuff my home inspector missed and helped make sure that all was well with the house. Made sure to point out what I need to avoid doing and where not to plug too much in ( bad habit of mine) great service and was even early to the appointment! Great job:)

Technician was on time and polite. He was knowledgeable about what our needs were for a new heating and cooling system. We did not go with the company due to the significantly higher price quote that was given compared to other heating and cooling companies.

We had them come out and were told that our ac need 3-4 pounds of coolant, possibly a leak that we could know for sure if paid for a $400 leak test, and that we needed a new ac unit. For all of us this, they were saying itd be like 7k+. Something seemed off. We got a second opinion the next day and we found out we only need 7oz of coolant, there is no leak, and we def do not need a new ac unit. All it needed was a top off and we were using the wrong type of air filter. This company will lie to you, try to overcharge you, tell you certain things are messed up or need to be replaced when absolutely none of it is even true. Beware of this company! The other ac company we had come for a second opinion saved us a TON of money. I would never recommend Bryant’s to anyone.

Bob gave us a call before showing up. He was courteous and friendly. I had some questions, and he was able to explain everything. He explained what he was doing as he worked. I would recommend Bob and Bryant Heating and cooling to anyone needing furnace work done

Bryant is an A-1 company. They won't try to sell unnecessary repairs. Fair price and excellent service. Scott is the best technician we have ever had.

Theo and team were friendly, knowledgeable and did great work on my AC install. They also fixed a quick issue from a previous installer. Thank you!

Awesome experience with Dan coming out to our house this morning!
We previously had another company come out when our AC stopped blowing cold air, the guy from the other company basically said he didn’t know what the problem was, took our money for a service call, and left.
The next day we got a direct mailer from Bryant and decided to give them a shot, and I’m so glad we did! Dan was super professional and personable. He was able to diagnose the issue and give us options. Unfortunately it looks like we might have to replace the whole system soon, but he was able to provide a temporary fix while we figure out our next steps. We just bought our house and were totally unprepared to need to replace this system, but I’m thankful Dan was able to figure out how to get our house cooling again until we decide what to do next.

Dan performed A/C tune-up and there were no issues at this time.

Robert B. with Bryant Heating & Cooling came out for a AC service and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. After bad experiences with some other companies I highly recommend Bryant and plan to continue to use them moving forward.

Update 1/11/22: Today I had my entire HVAC system replaced due to the 16 year old Goodman giving out. In about 24 hours we now have a new system and should be set for many years. The price feels a little steep but I'm more than satisfied with everyone I dealt with. The crew that installed was timely, efficient, and very nice.
