Anthony was our service rep and he was amazing! He took the time to explain everything and shared background info about the inspection. Furthermore he shared what is reasonable to expect when evaluating a furnace and a/c unit and the options moving forward for maintenance.
He arrived early and notified me before hand to make sure it was okay. He wore his face mask, shoe covers, and gloves at all times. Anthony was Very patient with my children and considerate with social distancing, given the uncertainty of today’s unknown. I could not be anymore satisfied with any other service that I received today.

My old furnace was making strange noises. There was brown in the flue outside. I didn't trust the last company I called so I called Bryant. Mr. Bemmes explained what the problem was so that I could understand it. The furnace needed to be replaced. He was able to arrange financing right away for me to get a new furnace.. Anthony and Dylan came out the next day and installed it.. They were very helpful at showing me how it works. They left my basement clean. The furnace works great and is quiet. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Mike was my technician today. He did an excellent job explaining his service on my furnace and the life expectancy of the parts that have about 14 years of age on them. Called before arriving and arrived early in the window of time given and cleaned and serviced my furnace professionally. I was very satisfied with both the timeliness and professionalism of Bryant’s service group.
In July, the 16 year old whole home air conditioning stopped cooling so I called Bryant as they had sent us several mailers and we remembered them from television advertisements.
Before calling, I felt the coolant lines and both were warm, so I knew we had either a coolant problem or a compressor problem (or both).
The first technician arrived as scheduled. Plus he called ahead to confirm his arrival time. Sure enough, no coolant and the compressor had failed.
I asked about the furnace, and he indicated absolutely no need to replace it as the fan and burner system were still fine. We discussed potential replacement systems and prices. I had already obtained some pricing since I suspected the A/C system was dead so felt the price as fair. Fortunately, we were able to schedule the installation right away.
Again, the installers arrived on time and were very professional and efficient. Couple of hours later, new A/C installed and old system was hauled away. No surprise charges and the system works great. As a plus, a new programmable thermostat was included so now we can better control temperatures during the week.
We’ve had the system running the past several weeks as the Northern Kentucky region has experienced a pretty severe heat wave this July and August. The system has been running great.
Bottom line, we’re very satisfied and plan to use Bryant for future maintenance on the furnace and A/C.

Bryant replaced our air conditioner two years ago when the compressor failed, and then replaced our furnace when it unexpectedly failed this winter.
The technicians have always been courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Response times were quick as well. In both cases, our units were replaced within 24 hours. Pricing was competitive/better than alternatives HVAC companies we looked at both times too.
We are happy repeat customers!

Just wanted to give you guys some awesome feedback on my service technician, Mike from yesterday. For reference my invoice number is #0177797. Mike was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had several questions on various things and he didn't hesitate to address my concerns and went above and beyond offering solutions. He even mentioned humidifier options as my two little guys have bad allergies and offered an alternative, more effective solution on the filters that I had been using. He was very thorough and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service that we received. You definitely have us as customers for life now!! Kudos to Mike!! The customer service associate was so on point in swiftly scheduling technicians asap to come check out issues with my furnace. Futhermore, the technicians were very courteously committed to diagnosing and effectively fixing the problem with my furnace. It turned out that the circuit board was bad. The technicians not only intermittently assured that l would be taken care of, the high point was that they gladly informed me the replacement circuit board would be zero cost to me as the furnace is still under warranty. Bryant is now our HVAC company. 3 major companies in the Cincinnati area were unable to meet our weekend request, but Bryant said no problem. The service techs showed up on time, looking professional and was direct and to the point about his assessment. Order for for the new equipment was placed and within hours our new equipment was installed and the house was once again cool and comfortable. Many thanks to the lady who set up our appointment and to the 3 technicians who assessed and installed.
