The service tech arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. He performed a spring cleaning and tune-up on my two HVAC units. The work was completed a reasonable time at a fair price.

Kenny was very thorough, and seemed concerned about the proper performance and future health of my HVAC system and even shared a cleaning technique for getting cotton off of the outdoor heat exchanger. Will call again.

What we needed most, today, was FAST quality service. Our hot water heater sprang a leak which was already creating moppable conditions and was bound to get worse. I think Frederick plumbers showed up in less than two hours from the time of our emergency call and got a replacement tank installed within about three hours after that. MUCH appreciated.
