Fantastic! The first call I made when our AC went out was to them. They had a tech at my door within an hour and got us cooling again. Chris and I have been going over options for a new unit and he has been amazing. The whole team has been wonderful to work with. The office staff and the techs are top notch. Things like this are never easy but the whole team has made it as easy and stress free as possible

The tech was very punctual and polite and I'm thankful the techs work after-hours. However, I should have been made aware of the absolutely inflated prices. I do expect to pay more for emergency or after-hours repairs, but $600+ for a $20 part and 20 minutes of work is ridiculous. Especially since he didn't carry the correct part and had to "Frankenstein" pieces together. I'll order the correct part and redo the repair myself.

From the receptionist, Lori, to the technician, Brad, they took very good care of us. Our air conditioner went out and I called today and we received service right away. Lori wasn’t sure if they were able to come out today due to other bookings but she called me back within 30 mins with a technician. We were able to get our air fixed today. We are so grateful to Frederick Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning. They arrived right on time and took care of our issue. We appreciate Brad and Lori for their service today!

I have had a few issues with my heating and air units over the years, and they always treat me well. Service is prompt and always professional. They service my units regularly to keep repairs down. Great work guys! Highly recommend!

The technician called to let me know he was on his way to my house, arrived promptly, serviced the unit inside and out, cleaned up after himself, let me know what work he did and was very professional. I would definitely recommend Frederick's.

The job was to replace the old water heater. It was done quickly, and efficiently.
These guys were really nice and so very experienced.

Sorry I already forgot his name but he was very professional, knowledgeable & friendly. This was a seasonal maintenance visit but he found a part that was not working as well as it should have & replaced it so other parts would not get damaged in the future. He explained well what was going on & I did not feel pressured to fix it but he told me what could happen if I didn’t. I appreciate the info to make a good decision. Great service!

Kenny came out to finalize the installation of my mini split in my shop. Very polite, curious, and professional! He answered all of my questions and completed the work in very short time. Do not hesitate to call these guys. Top notch customer service!!

The service technician called and was able to move his scheduled appointment up an hour earlier. While servicing my AC system he found the large capacitor had weakened severely and located a new one and installed during same time. I had a problem with my energy service meter box earlier in the year and since the AC is the largest demand for electricity a weak capacitor may add to the required surge of power to start and run. The meter box had one lug set that was arcing and shorting causing it to be replaced. This might help resolve that issue as well. Thanks to my service tech! Job well done.
