George has serviced our A/C before, but this season our unit needed to be replaced. He worked with us on our schedule and was expeditious with the quote and installation. He is a friendly man and will be honest with you regarding your options and pricing. We wouldn’t call anyone else!

George with Climate Control is extremely unprofessional. A few months ago he came to check out my unit just to say that he can't touch anything until he talks to the warranty company and then asks for his check for coming out. Should've listened to my instinct at that point and asked for someone different. The warranty company finally okayed a new system but George put off installing it for almost two weeks. Finally get it installed while my fiancé and I were at work (since he informed me that no one needed to be at home since he had access to the back yard where the unit was) and he calls asking for his money for the part the warranty company didn't cover. Being at work I let him know I couldn't get it that night but could the next day but I also wanted to make sure it worked before writing the check. He then became very rude and condisending saying that obviously it works since it was brand new and told me I could not turn it on until he was paid. My dad stopped by my house to check to see if it worked for me and George took it upon himself to take one of the parts that allows it to turn on with him when he left. Infuriated we called the warranty company who called him and told him to put it back since that is not how they do things. Then he unprofessionally text messages me to let me know that it was installed. No longer wanting to speak to him either I replied asking about how to get payment to him. He let me know he'd text me the invoice. Took a month before we were mailed a bill. Now 4 months after he first came to look at my ac unit, he is texting me at 6-7pm on Saturday and again on Sunday asking me to check my records because he doesn't show I ever paid the initial fee for him coming out. Overall very unprofessional, unorganized and rude. Would never recommend George with Climate Control to anyone.

George is just wonderful!!! If you want good honest service from a down to earth guy who doesn’t cut corners- climate control llc is your answer- we couldn’t be more pleased with our installation or the outstanding service- he’s just a good guy who does good work!!! Thank you George!!!
