Air Source Heating & Air Conditioning

Technician came out for a service call to assess a problem with the AC unit. He tried several things and informed me that the whole unit needed to be replaced. He then said that the charge would be $90. I told him I received a card from a home show a few months previously AND called a few days before to confirm that the price would be $40. The technician (who frankly had nominal people skills at best) said they raised their prices last month. So after further back and forth, I agreed to pay $60–mostly so he would just leave. I strongly urge you to not employ the services of this company in any way and am wholly dissatisfied with the conduct of their employees.

We have used Air Source for our HVAC needs for several years now. We had them put in a whole new heating and a/c unit a few years ago and have them out to check up and maintain that system. They are always on time, courteous and professional. They are very knowledgeable Of their products and what they provide is of highest quality. I would recommend this company and it’s people over any other.

Rob and his staff had first helped us with a new construction project we had completed many years ago. Knowing that it was a great experience, we decided to use Air Source on several other projects both personally and business related. Rob has continued to provide top-notch services at reasonable rates. I would highly recommend them for any of your heating\air-conditioning needs.

Of course my air conditioner decided not to work on a hot July day when my family returned from vacation. I have known Rob (owner) for a while through church. I knew I could rely on him so I contacted him. He helped me troubleshoot and even had me talk to one of his technicians to see if there was something I could do until he could visit my home. Rather than sit around in a hot house we had AC and then Josh came out and was able to assess the cause of our AC issue. I feel blessed to know about Air Source. They care about you and your family. Give them a call.

I was very pleased with the level of service I received from Air Source H&A. The service man was prompt in letting me know how soon he would be at my address. He was skilled in his job as he checked all the parts of my air conditioner that was causing me problems or could cause problems in the near future. I would have no problem in calling them the next time I need service.

My AC went out in the wee hours of the night. I reached out to several AC companies, and Air Source not only answered my Facebook message, but was polite enough to tell me some things that I should try before paying to have a tech come out. (Apparently changing the air filter is the first step. Now we all know)
Well, the air filter wasn't the issue, so within 12 hours, there were techs at my house trying to figure out the reason my house was trying to murder me during this heatwave.
Phillip and Enrique were professional, personable, and fantastic. Not only was I made aware of what was going on while it was happening-without being talked down to because I'm a woman- I was informed of what my options were should changing the compressor not be a permanent solution.
The techs had incredible senses of humor, considering I was very frazzled, as I don't do well in excessive warm temps. It didn't take long for the AC issue to be diagnosed, repaired, and my house to no longer be the humidity of a tropical rainforest.
Even afterwards, when I was accusatory towards one of the techs about something I had misplaced (I am so, so, so sorry, btw). Someone from the company reached out and helped to clear up that misunderstanding.
Overall, fantastic experience. Outstanding, personal service that pays attention to every detail.
Do yourself and your house a favor, and use Air Source Heating & AC for your house's needs. These people are extremely competent and compassionate. Definitely choose quality over excessive marketing if you're looking for some heating and cooling work

Kudos to Brandon for attending to my rental and home residence in a timely and professional manner..Brandon was good at expaining the workings of my systems in a level I could understand. Airsource is always good with scheduling service to fit my schedule and are quick to come out when I have had problems in the past..A top notch service company I would recommend to anyone!

New employee Ricky provided my autumn system check for the interior and exterior equipment, part of my Service Club membership (which I do recommend). Ricky did excellent work, adeptly handling the unexpected challenge of cottonwood seeds blanketing the interior of the AC unit. I appreciate the ready communication of Air Source (thank you, Eboni) and the quick and effective responsiveness of their team.

Absolute amazing experience! Walked me over the phone step-by-step to fix a simple solution to get heat in my home. Would highly recommend will never do business again with anyone else very personal and easy instructions

I called on Saturday for Monday service. I called and left a voicemail to cancel the service Monday morning. They show up anyway without letting me know they were coming and my wife let him in. The technician did the diagnostic and told my wife there was nothing wrong. I later contacted the owner about why they showed up after i canceled the appointment and was told that my inducer motor needed replaced. I tried to ask for multiple clarification since the technician told my wife something else and I did not hear back until two days later when I threaten to dispute the charge.
