Air Source Heating & Air Conditioning

This is the company I will continue to rely on for my heating and air conditioning needs!
I called them early on a Wednesday morning after waking up to an 85 degree house. They put me on their schedule for that afternoon and agreed to give me a call back when a service technician was available and on his way. I was thrilled that they agreed to give me a 20 minute notice that the technician was on his way. This allowed me to go to work rather than spending a large part of my day waiting for them to show up.
I got the call at 12:02. and the technician was working on my system within 45 minutes. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and quickly got my system operational. He also took the time to answer all of my questions about replacement thermostat options.

I have been using this company for several years and will continue to use and recommend them!

They were able to fix my AC. However, when it came to payment, my card was declined even though I had the money in the account to cover it. I was told it was declined due to insufficient funds. Both by the technician and the home office. They didn't offer to call my wife, who was the one who called in the first place, for alternative payment, i.e. another card or a check. They said that they would have to take the part back if I couldn't pay, denying my one year old son a safe place to sleep. I even called my bank who confirmed I had the funds in the account. It wasn't until after I called my bank that the payment was able to be processed. I am extra upset because we've had good service from here before.

Air Source services our equipment twice a year and has for many years. They are courteous, clean, knowledgeable, capable, well-mannered, and always make a difference for good. We are very grateful to have them taking care of our HVAC system. I trust them and it is obvious they know what they are doing. We enjoy trouble free heating and air-conditioning year round. I highly recommend them.

They came out and couldn't fix my furnace so they sold me a new one. Before they installed it though. We had someone else come take a look and they were able to fix it within 5 minutes. I'm still waiting for my $3,000 refund since they never installed anything

We've used their service twice at two different locations.Both times the company was more than helpful with my best interest in mind. The last time I spoke with Rob he spent several hours on the phone with me to help resolve an issue that a previous installer caused which in turn may have saved me from having to replace a brand new unit. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We had our heater go out on the coldest night last week. I called and was blessed with a serviceman's arrival within 2 hours! Phillip was polite, professional, and very helpful. He explained what was needed and the cost upfront. He had us up and running within an hour. I am quite pleased with how Air Source handled my needs and would recommend them to everyone! Five stars!

The owner came out and looked at our furnace for free. He even gave me a little lesson on what to do next time I had an issue! If you want an expert who is a real, down-to-earth guy, pick this place!

Air Source was highly recommended to us, so I called when our AC went out. The technician showed up an hour after our appointment time, troubleshot the problem but since he was so late he could not get the parts from his supplier and didn’t try to get the situation resolved. We now will have no AC for the long holiday weekend. I am extremely disappointed in such a highly recommended company’s work and will not use them again.

I have had Air Source to both my home and business. They are very professional and detailed. I was very pleased with the home spring cleaning package. They cleaned both the inside A/C unit and the exterior unit from too to bottom and replaced the filter. It was nice knowing that we would not have to worry about the summer heat.
