I live next door to John and I am using his computer Brian came to my house today to take a look at my heat and air unit last week customer heat and air came out the tech never took out a tool and started to tell me what was wrong and that it was going to cost me 900.00 got back in his his truck and took off when Brian came out today he showed me exactly what was wrong and charged me 200.00 less had it fixed in about a hour. I will never call anyone except Brian what a gem he is
