Bryan's Heating & Air was able to check our ac system that was not working within 2 hours of calling on a very busy hot day. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and provide a couple of options for solutions within the day. We chose to have a new system installed due to the severity of the issue and a new system was installed the next business day. Our new system is working better than our old system before the issue, is more efficient, and the installation looks great. Every employee that I worked with was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.

We were very happy to work with Bryan's Heating and Air Conditioning. After multiple calls to other places, they were the ones who got us in the soonest (worth a lot when your AC is broken in the summer!). After the first service, we saw some improvement but continued to have some issues. I made an appointment online, and they responded immediately the next morning and came to investigate the issue further. They found the problem and did not charge us for the second visit. We appreciate their desire to make sure their customers are satisfied!

First time using Bryan's HVAC, called first thing this morning because my A/C quit last night. The technician, Kyle, was here by 11am. Quickly diagnosed the problem to 2 faulty capacitors, and had them replaced in minutes. He cleaned and checked everything as well, and he was friendly and courteous as well. Would not hesitate to call them for future work!

They serviced my a/c system after I bought my home in Park City. This spring, they returned to replace the refrigerant and filters. Had a continued, unknown issue with freezing up, after two wonderful technicians put their eyes on it, they found the cause of the issue and fixed it asap. HUGE sigh of relief for this repair will give me the opportunity to save up to upgrade my system next spring. I'll go to Bryan's for the unit and upgrade! THANK YOU, guys!

From Justin, when he came an gave us a estimate. We were very impressed with him. Dillon is the best of the best. Put blankets down so they didnt track up the house. He showed us everything we needed to know about everything.

A/C went out over the Labor Day weekend. Bryan's had someone out by 08:30 AM Tuesday. The system was 25+ years old and it was time to replace. Justin had a bid to me my 12:30pm Tuesday and techs were out by 09:00 Wednesday to begin work! Jehramy and Chuck did a great job of getting the new unit up and running. Jehramy also spent time explaining all the new features and how to use the new thermostat. I can't thank them enough for the quick and professional service.

It was a very cold day when our heater went out. Bryan’s responded quickly and re-arranges their schedule to get us set up with a new system. They are very professional, capable, responsive, and caring. We highly recommend them!!
