Justin with Bryan's Heating and Air was very kind and professional. He not only serviced our old system into a functioning unit again, he also found a crack in a hard-to-see part which could lead to gases being released into our home. Due to his thoroughness, our family is safe and warm once again! We'll be using Bryan's for annual inspections as well. Thank you Justin @ Bryan's Heating and Air!

Competitor who bid on replacing my heating and air conditioning system said it was a two-day job but the job was satisfactorily completed by Bryan's Htg. & A/C in less than 8 hours. I received instructions (and questions answered) on operation of the new thermostat for controlling the system before the installers left for the day. Pricing was straight up with competitor.

Installers showed up on time and finished on time. Very professional and was impressed with there knowledge of the install procedures. Worked with me for different options on install locations for future work being done. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Great experience!

I have an older furnace system and the tec could have easily told me it has issues, but no he was honest saying it was in pretty good shape for an older unit.
Had the furnace cleaned & checked out for safety.
Felt good about the tec & the company.

Been waiting two years for them to return with an estimate. My unit went out. A tech came out. He looked at it. Said he qas gonna go back and put some quotes together and get back with me. I've never heard another word from them. Glad there's other heating and air companies that were willing to replace my unit.

My parents have paid for yearly cleaning/maintenance from them for years. They came out earlier this year and I wanted to see how well they "cleaned" it so I took it apart yesterday. This is the result, you be the judge.

They did a good job on a system replacement for me years ago, so I'll give an extra star...

This is precisely why I hate subscription cleaning services. The quality of work goes downhill fast while unsuspecting customers trust the work done and pay their bill.

In other news, they wanted over $500 to clean my AC coil when I had them check out a heater. (Combo unit) No thanks...I did a complete teardown of the covers to expose the coils and cleaned it in a bit over an hour start to finish.

Randy was quick to schedule our needed service. The technicians were prompt, clean and professional. I will call them anytime I need HVAC serviced.

I've had Bryan's for my home service since 2003. Wouldn't think of calling anyone else. Kinda like family by now! They do a great job.
