We had a new AC and furnace installed. The salesman did a good job of explaining every option and followed up quickly with questions I sent him.
The men that installed the unit were very considerate of making sure they did not track anything into the house since it was raining. I had some questions on the unit a few days after it was installed. Craig came out and went over my concerns and did a great job of explaining things. I highly recommend them and think Craig was great! Also they gave a significantly lower estimate than another company.

Bryan presented the options for our new system clearly and didn't try to sell us more than we needed. Jehramy installed our new system and asked for and accommodated our desires for locations of registers and components. He was prompt, courteous and knew what he was doing. We are happy with the system and feel good about the whole experience.

We hired Bryan's Heating & Air to install new duct work in our basement. The quality of work provided was fantastic and they cleaned up nicely after themselves. The installers were clean, professional looking and polite. I highly recommend them.

Bryan's Heating & Air went above and beyond to help our family get our AC working again today after another company said it would be a few days before they could get someone out. All of the guys are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Their customer service is outstanding. We will be using Bryan's for all of our Heating and Air needs in the future.

I am very pleased with their installation of a new air conditioner and service. The quotation from Clark was very competitive. The supervisor Craig is a soft-spoken, polite, and honest gentleman who is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced in HVAC. The technicians Nate, Tony, and Dillon are very professional and courteous. Craig was here the entire time hands-on doing the work with his team while Clark was working behind the scene making sure that they have all the parts and tools to complete the job. They finished the installation of a new large roof-top air conditioner within a day. They stayed until 8 PM to get the job done without overtime charge because they know the weather is getting hot and I need cold air as soon as possible. Great job Bryan’s!

To whom it may concern. Today I had the pleasure of meeting with three different technicians, Justin, Dillon and David with Bryan's heating and air, and I can honestly say that I was very impressed with them, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and polite, and their kindness speaks volumes of them and the company that they represent, overall it was a job well done.👏

Heater was acting up and they were able to fit me in same day. Kyle came out, showed me what was wrong, gave me several options and had it running great in no time. The price was fair and reasonable. Everyone was super friendly and courteous. Cleaned up afterward too! What more can you ask for?

After receiving excessively expensive bills for heating my home for two months in a row, I contacting Bryan's and was surprised that the scheduler said he would have someone at my house that afternoon. Justin Grube called before his arrival to let me know that he was on the way even though it was nearing 5pm. He completed a thorough inspection and testing of all aspects of my system (heat pump and furnace). He found no problem other than a mildly dirty heat pump which cleaned in the dark with his own hose. He explained filter MERV or MPR ratings and the effect that they had on air flow as well as the turbulence caused when a vent was closed. As he was testing my thermostat, we discussed the issues I had noticed with it: it seemed to run all the time and never made it to my set temperature. He suggested that I contact the company that had installed the system to see if it was still under warranty. The bill for over an hours work was very reasonable.

The next morning I contacted the company that had installed the system and learned that the thermostat was no longer under warranty. I immediately called Bryan's back and was told that Justin would return that same day. Justin replaced the old thermostat and explained and demonstrated how the new one worked.

Bryan's Heating & Air Conditioning more than meet my expectations. Justin was polite, patient, thorough, and professional. I have spread the word about them and was contacted yesterday by one of the people with whom I had spoken who wanted Bryan's contact information.

Bryan's was recommended by my neighbor who was a
field engineer for Trane! We have had their maintenance
plan for years and they recently replaced our entire HVAC
system. Their recommendation was spot on and our
electric bill is about $200 less per month. Payback will be
less than 5 years. The people at Bryan's are honest and know
what they are doing.
