Andre verified that there wasn't a block in our main house drain after having some issues over the weekend. The weekend on call plumber did the follow up that he offered to get us on the schedule for an in person inspection.

First and foremost, I am extremely thankful for Pat’s for getting me scheduled the very next day, since my a/c decided to go out in the hottest week (yet) of the summer. As a single woman, I also appreciate that Pat’s sends out information on which technician is coming so I know a bit more about them and know who is working on my unit. Cody and Daniel were both phenomenal! They showed up on time, were professional, and explained what part needed replaced and why. They provided more information on my a/c unit than I knew and the pricing was reasonable. I will be recommending Pat’s Plumbing, Heating, and Air to everyone and when it’s time to replace my a/c, I know who I will be coming back to.

Travis and Matt came in two days to install the new system. They had their work cut out for them. They did an outstanding job. Installed it all quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with the work and would like to thank them for a job well done.

Glad I chose Pat's plumbing. Seth came out, fixed the leaking main water shutoff and found the outside faucet was leaking as well, tested the softness of my water and we decided to replace the water softener due to it not working. Liked Pat's so much I became a member and saved lots of green.
