Pat Plumbing, Heating and Air

We are very happy with the professional and respectful service. We will use Pat Plumbing for all of our plumbing, heating and air needs.

Trey @ Pat the Plumber spent time explaining our options for "fixing" our takes-a-long-time-to-get-hot-water problem today . We opted for the tankless, recirculating solution as our water heater was 15 years old.

He was able to have one delivered to us today, installed it after having to make adjustments to our gas and water lines as well as redoing the vent. All in one day, one trip. It's excellent and we couldn't be more pleased.

Our technician, Seth, was awesome. He did a great job of explaining things in terms that were easy to understand, very attentive to safety. He was thorough in explaining what our options were as far as repair vs replacing our water heater. He was able to come the next day and guaranteed us hot water by the end of the day (as it was a pretty big job that entailed a lot of work given our situation) and he followed through on completing the job and getting us hot water by the end of the day! Would definitely use them again for services.

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received for Pat's. I had an immediate issue on a Friday Morning that was going to be a real problem if I had to wait over the weekend. They were very responsive and I had great communication with the them on setting up an appointment. Seth was my Tech who was timely and very friendly. He keeped me informed every step of the way and was very knowlegable and professional. I was 100% satisfied with my total experience. Highly Recommend this company.

We just had Trey from Pat Plumbing out to give us an estimate for replacing our water heater. He was friendly, professional, and above all, informative. When he finished, we knew exactly what all our options were, and he made sure we understood them and had all our questions answered. We'll be going forward with the job, and also calling Pat Plumbing first for anything we need in the future.

Scott is very friendly and personable as well as knowledgeable about the heating system. There was an issue found that needed attention and he gave us several options to choose, each of them fixing the problem. We enjoyed working with Scott!!
