Sewer line backed up. I have one bath. They showed up the same day. The cost was less than if I spent a night at a local hotel. Which I would have had to do. It was late in the day so they cleared the line immediately, then the next day sent someone to use a camera to determine the cause. Easy to see the giant tree roots from the oak tree on their camera. Andre showed me where exactly the sewer line ran outside the house. Granted more work is required, but the line is clean enough to function properly and allow me time to make an informed decision on repairs. I would absolutely recommend them.

Seth was very professional and courteous. He did an excellent job of explaining what was wrong and what he was doing to fix the issue. He had options for staging the work to stay on budget. Thanks for the A +++++++ work.

Kitchen sink backed up. He was very efficient, clean, friendly, and curtious of my home and littles. :) got right too it and did the job! Price was good too with their special right now! Will call them again if need! Thanks!!

I always call Pat. His company has served my home needs in various needs throughout the years. I highly recommend Pat Plumbing And Heating. I have always been satisfied with the quality of their work . They take serious care of their customer's needs.

Our air conditioner went out and they sent someone out to give us a bid on a new unit. Very professional and pleasant to work with.

The services provided by Pats plumbing were fantastic. My technician was Seth. He called ahead of time to confirm need, and offered an ETA. The main office sent a photo of the technician prior to arrival so I knew who to expect. When he arrived I showed him the areas of concern, discussed need, and he offered a list of options with guaranteed prices. He was patient in explaining when I requested additional information. There was a price differential for enrolled members. Since the work took two days I did a partial payment on the first day, and on the second was eligible for the reduced cost. Since their price estimates are guaranteed, I didn't receive an upcharge when one of the shower pipes had to be unexpectedly replaced.
They wore booties whenever entering my home. They were entirely courteous and Seth did an excellent job tidying up, going so far as to scrub my sink after replacing the strainer and gasket pieces. Even my dogs were happy to see them.

No one likes to call the plumber. No one is happy about thinking a simple repair needs to turn into big replacement to ensure it doesn't happen again. That being said - we had a very positive experience every step of the way with Pat Plumbing. I left a message with the answering service, then received a prompt call back. They were able to get us on the schedule the same day. Our service tech, Trey, was amazing. He was on time, friendly, thorough, patient with all my questions and we ended up with peace of mind knowing he had taken good care of us. I know the plumbing service we will recommend to friends and family, and use for any future service as well now.

They were awesome. Appreciated that they went above and beyond my expectations. Would recommend them for value, great work, good product and professionalism.

They were fast, thorough and professional. They took measures to prevent tracking dirt into the house to help keep the floor clean. We appreciated that. Skyler explained everything he did and gave us possibly issues to be aware of in the future and what options we had currently to address potential problems down the road. We actually signed up for their Service Partner Program as well. We will definitely use them in the future.

Dave came for HVAC annual inspection. He spoke to me, first, asking about any problems I had (none). Then he checked out everything and made several recommendations. After completing the work I wanted, he tested the system to assure all was working. Dave was professional and friendly in his work.
