My AC/FURNACE were damaged by LIGHTNING. I got same day service when I called for an estimate and was able to forward the bid to my insurance company within a couple of days. Installation was completed the same week . HD Service is my GO-TO company for everything related to HVAC.

They do things the right way and meet or exceed expectations. They also worked really really hard with my home warranty company to make sure we got what we were paying for. They went above and beyond on a number of occasions. Very reasonable prices, quick and clean services.

Worst experience ever. Rude reception and gross “miscommunication” especially when they report to the warranty company that there is nothing mechanically wrong with our system to all of a sudden we need parts replaced when we were told by another company that we need an entirely new system. Ok interesting. They didn’t fix the problem last time and I don’t trust them to fix it this time either.

My heroes everytime honest straight forward been using them for years. Thank you.
