A very fine young man, Shelton, came to our rescue today. Our A/C was broken in very hot weather. When the part was not readily available, Shelton was able to locate one that was excess from another job. We got our A/C fixed the same day, despite the lack of available parts. This was a good experience from the young lady that took my call, all the way to Shelton's competent handling of my A/C. I may have finally found my HVAC contractor. No wonder you don't need to advertise.
