Ladd Service Company

My mom has used Ladd for years and has had great service. I bought my first house and had a technician come out for a heating problem. The office staff and tech were very professional. Will definitely use them again.!

I rent apartments. After waiting days for an appointment to recharge my tenant's AC, Ladd arrived and found she'd left it running and it was iced up. Ladd walked away. Said it would take hours to thaw. Fine, I get that, but they wouldn't come back later that day to charge the system after it had thawed. They really didn't seem to care about their customers level of discomfort. The Ladd office personnel also displayed a complete disregard for my business even though I'd used them for years. They have worst customer service. Very disappointed and irritated.

Every aspect of the job was done well, from the original product selection based on my stated needs and resulting estimate, to the highly skilled technicians that performed the work with great pride.

LADD's replaced our entire heating and cooling system including some new duct work and a tankless water heater. Install guys were very polite, got the job done quickly and cleaned up each day before they left. System is working tremendously and efficiently, its cut down our electric and gas bills quite a bit. Thanks for the excellent service!!

I had the best experience with the tech who came out! They were more affordable than the competitors and were able to fix our issue. I will definitely be having them out again for all our AC and Heat needs.

Saturday, Independence Day weekend. Our AC quit working and my wife has suffered an injury that has left her very sensitive to overheating. Austin came out within 90 minutes and fixed the problem. Ladd continues to impress us. Thank you!

I was referred to LADD today by a friend. After calling to schedule an appointment today, a LADD technician was able to come out just a few short hours later. My home is sold and under contract. The home inspector for the buyers stated the PTAC unit (like a hotel a/c and heater) was not working properly. He stated to have it repaired or replaced.
Austin came out . He was so thorough in testing the unit. He tested twice to make sure it was working properly. His findings were it was working just fine. There were no repairs needed. He serviced the furnace and replaced a small part.
