Mr. Dean was amazing. My AC unit was not blowing cold air. He was out here in less than an hour and fixed it immediately. I am a widow, and had no idea what the issue was. He could have told me I need a whole new HVAC and I would not have been the wiser. It was a small part, he had it fixed within 30 minutes. He is honest and professional. This review is LONG overdue. A few months ago, I had our 20 year old hot water heater replaced. At first, I called a "BIG" name group to come out to replace it. When they arrived, they were not wearing a mask correctly, and provided me with an insane rate to replace and install.
I called Bill Dean, and was instantly impressed with his customer service. He brought me a quote that was under what the “BIG” name group gave. Bill was honest, and told me straight forward what I was dealing with to replace and install. He arrived at my home on time, protected my furniture and carpets, and wore a mask the entire time. He did the entire installation in a day. He was amazing! I would absolutely 100% hire Bill again, and unquestionably refer him to anyone who is having a plumbing need.

We have an older home and with that home come the usual problems. I walked by my dinning room this morning and noticed the chandelier had literally fallen out of the ceiling and was hanging by the wires. A quick panicked phone call to Dean and he was on his way.
I bought a new light fixture and Bill replaced the old one--making sure the ceiling box was strong enough to hold the new fixture.. He also took a few minutes to replace a broken part on a ceiling fan-- $10 fix vs buying a new ceiling fan.
We always call Bill Dean for electrical and plumbing... Always responds and if he can't come right away he gives an accurate time for when he will be there. MIchelle

Cold day in Dec.. We thought the pilot light was out in our furnace.. We called Bill Dean, he showed up when he said he would, he explained a part with the pilot light was corroded. He replaced the part and we were warm and fuzzy in an hour. We will always recommend Bill Dean.
