Butler County Heating & Air Conditioning

I used this company about a year ago and have since learned that my unit needed lots of repairs. Butler was very responsive and I was up and running that day. I tried to delete my old review but wasn't able to. I feel confident they will make sure you are taken care of.

I called this morning after Butler County Heating and Air were recommended to me by Wichita Plumbing Co, and they had a technician out the same day to get my heat up and running. The tech Seth was professional, explained everything to me, and charged me a fair price for what needed to be done. I will definitely use them next time.

Pricing was reasonable compared to other competitor bids in the area. The quote process was very straightforward and there were no issues with scheduling whatsoever. They did an excellent job in spite of the difficulty of working with an older system. They were very friendly and professional at all times. They even stayed overtime to fix my broken thermostat and ensure everything was working correctly. I was very impressed with their service overall and will definitely be recommending them to others.

You decide. My A/C quite working. My brother diagnosed it as the fan motor so I called Butler to come out and fix it. Well they told me it was the capacitor and replaced. Was reasonably charged but then the A/C quit again that day. I called them and they did come back out that day to replace the fan motor. I was charged again for the fan motor that needed to be replaced. Had they did the diagnosis of fan I would not have had to come of pocket $400.00. Granted my A/C is old and the fact they came back that day was great customer service. The fact that I paid for service I did not need was very upsetting. I came out of pocket $850.00 that day of which $400 was not needed.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! Our 27 year old AC went out and Nancy had Billy out within a few hours to look at it. They couldn’t have been nicer or more knowledgeable. It felt like I had known them for years! We got a great price for a new system. Seth and Andrew installed the new system within a few days(even though it was a very busy time for them). They were professional, friendly and enjoyable to have around. I can’t say enough about how pleasant the whole experience was! I will be recommending them every chance I get!

Called them on a freezing busy day I'm sure , they arrived shortly after. Soooo curious and kind . Had me warm and cozy in no time. My whole family uses them. Thank you guys your greatly appreciated.

Billy and his team are the best! I have known Billy since he worked for another company and am happy he has made a successful business on his own. Seth, Austin, & Dustin were incredibly professional, hard working, and thorough! I don’t even think they took a lunch break! Our new unit was in quickly and work was done perfectly!! I highly recommend Butler County Heating and Air!
