My request for a quote was answered immediately and I was able to schedule an appointment to clean the dryer vent quickly. The tech was on time, worked quickly and provided an explanation on the process used. I will definitely contact them again.

Excellent professional service and people! Matt helped save our cat who managed to get into our air ducts while we were out of town for a family trip. We can’t thank him and Natalie enough for being fast, sympathetic, and responsive to our call for help. His knowledge and experience made it possible to pinpoint our cat’s exact location in the ducts where other HVAC companies were left stumped and confused. We had Matt out again to do a full clean of the vents after the incident and he and the other person alongside him provided an excellent cleaning service in about maybe an hour or even less. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
